dc.description.abstractการวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาข้อมูลและเส้นทางของข้อมูลที่จะถูกจัดเก็บ ประมวลผลและติดตามผลโดยเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารในการที่จะเกิดประโยชน์ต่อโรงเรียนประชารัฐ ถูกต้องแม่นยํา รวดเร็ว 2) ศึกษาระบบการบริหารจัดการข้อมูลของผู้บริหารและผู้ที่มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องที่ช่วยเหลือโรงเรียนประชารัฐโดยใช้ระบบเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการ สื่อสาร เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพและเชิงปฏิบัติการโดยการสัมภาษณ์และการปฏิบัติจริง มีประชากร คือ โรงเรียนประชารัฐจํานวน 306 โรงเรียน โดยมีบริษัท ไทยเบฟเวอเรจ จํากัด (มหาชน) สนับสนุนตามนโยบายขับเคลื่อนยุทธศาสตร์ประชารัฐของรัฐบาลและมอบหมายให้วิทยาลัยพาณิชยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยบูรพาร่วมกับมหาวิทยาลัยเครือข่าย 25 มหาวิทยาลัย ช่วยดูแลโรงเรียนประชารัฐ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง เลือกเฉพาะเจาะจงในภาคตะวันออก ด้วยเหตุผลที่ภาคตะวันออกดําเนินการ ก่อนภาคอื่น 2 เดือน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) โดยมีข้อมูลและเส้นทางข้อมูลที่นําไปเขียนโปรแกรม ตามลําดับจากเริ่มต้นไปสุดท้าย ดังนี้ข้อมูลพื้นฐานของโรงเรียนประชารัฐ ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับโครงการ (วัตถุประสงค์ กิจกรรม ผลลัพธ์) ข้อมูลสถานะโครงการ ข้อมูลสถานะเงินสนับสนุน ข้อมูลภาพ กิจกรรม/ ผลลัพธ์ ข้อมูลการลงพื้นที่ และข้อมูลสถานะผลสําเร็จรายเดือน ส่วนการติดตามข้อมูล ได้แก่ ข้อมูลการทํากิจกรรมตามโครงการของโรงเรียน ข้อมูลการลงพื้นที่สคูลพาร์ทเนอร์ข้อมูล ภาพรวมของโครงการข้อมูลความก้าวหน้าโครงการ ข้อมูลการใช้เงินสนับสนุน และข้อมูลผลลัพธ์ (Outcome) ของโครงการ 2) สามารถบริหารจัดการและติดตามงานหลัก ๆ ได้แก่ การติดตามปัจจัยการนําเข้าของโครงการ คือ โครงสร้างบุคลากร การกำหนดวัตถุประสงค์และกิจกรรมของโครงการ การติดตามกระบวนการจัดการ ได้แก่ สามารถติดตามกิจกรรมขั้นตอน กระบวนการต่าง ๆ ของโครงการโรงเรียนประชารัฐได้ทุกวันเสมือนไปได้เยี่ยมชมด้วยตนเองของสคูลพาร์ทเนอร์และสามารถติดตามและประเมินผลโรงเรียนประชารัฐโดยใช้ระบบบริหารจัดการโรงเรียนประชารัฐ สามารถติดตามได้ร้อยละ 87

dc.description.abstractalternativeThis research aimed to study 1) the data and path of the collected and processed data which were monitored by information and communication technology in order to benefit public schools and 2) information management system of the administrators and those involved in assisting the public school using information technology and communication. The study was qualitative and practical research. 306 public schools were the population and Thai Beverage Public Company Limited supported to drive the government strategies for public schools policy. In addition, the Graduate School of Commerce, Burapha University was assigned to cooperate with 25 universities of the University Network to assist public schools. Purposive sampling was used to select schools in the Eastern Part of Thailand. The research findings were as follows: 1) Data and data paths were programmed in order from the beginning to the end: Basic information of the school, Project Information (Objective, Activities and Results, Project Status Information, Financial status, Activity Pictures / Activity Results, Area Survey Data, and monthly information of success status. To data tracking, there were following information: activities of the school projects, area survey of school partners, overview of project progress information, funding information, and the project outcome; 2) The system helped management and monitoring of the main tasks, including tracking the import of the project consisting of staff structure and determining the objectives and the activities of the projects. To management process monitoring, the system could monitor every step of the process of the public school projects, as if the school partners could visit the schools by themselves. Thepublic schools could be monitored and evaluated using the public administration system by 87 %.
