| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการทำงานเป็นทีมของครูกับประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษาในสถานศึกษาคาทอลิก จังหวัดจันทบุรี กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษา ได้แก่ ครูในสถานศึกษาคาทอลิก จังหวัดจันทบุรี ปีการศึกษา 2558 จำนวน 224 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามชนิดมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ แบ่งเป็น 2 ตอน คือ ตอนที่ 1 สอบถามเกี่ยวกับการทำงานเป็นทีมของครู มีค่าอำนาจจำแนกรายข้ออยู่ระหว่าง 0.52-0.77 และค่า ความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.94 และตอนที่ 2 สอบถามเกี่ยวกับประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษามีค่าอำนาจจำแนกรายข้ออยู่ระหว่าง 0.34-0.77 และค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.93 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ("X" ̅) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (SD) และการวิเคราะห์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน (Pearson’s product moment correlation coefficient) ผลจากการวิจัย พบว่า 1. การทำงานเป็นทีมของครูในสถานศึกษาคาทอลิก จังหวัดจันทบุรี มีค่าเฉลี่ยโดยรวม และรายด้าน อยู่ในระดับมาก โดยเรียงลำดับคะแนนเฉลี่ยจากมากไปหาน้อย ได้แก่ ด้านความรับผิดชอบ ด้านการยอมรับนับถือ ด้านการมีเป้าหมายร่วมกัน ด้านการมีส่วนร่วม และด้านการไว้วางใจซึ่งกัน และกัน ตามลำดับ 2. ประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษาในสถานศึกษาคาทอลิก จังหวัดจันทบุรี มีค่าเฉลี่ยโดยรวม และรายด้าน อยู่ในระดับมาก โดยเรียงลำดับคะแนนเฉลี่ยจากมากไปหาน้อย ได้แก่ ด้านความสามารถในการแก้ไขปัญหาภายในโรงเรียน ด้านความสามารถในการปรับเปลี่ยน และพัฒนาโรงเรียน ด้านความสามารถในการพัฒนานักเรียนให้มีทัศนคติทางบวก และด้านความสามารถในการผลิตนักเรียนให้มีผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนสูง ตามลำดับ 3. ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการทำงานเป็นทีมของครูกับประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษาในสถานศึกษาคาทอลิก จังหวัดจันทบุรี โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับค่อนข้างสูง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ที่ระดับ .01 | |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between teachers' teamwork and school effectiveness in catholic schools in Chanthaburi Province. The sample of the study consisted of 224 teachers in catholic schools in Chanthaburi Province in the academic year 2015. A 5-level rating scale questionnaire was used as an instrument for data collection. The questionnaire was divided into 2 sections: Section 1 included the questions on teachers' teamwork, having the discrimination power between .52-.77 and the reliability at .94. Section 2 included the questions of school effectiveness, having the discrimination power between .34-.77 and the reliability at .93. Mean, standard deviation, and Pearson's product moment correlation coefficient were statistical devices employed for the data analysis. The findings revealed as follows: 1. The average mean scores of teachers' teamwork in catholic schools in Chanthaburi Province, both as a whole and in each particular aspect, were found at a high level. Ranked from more to less were the aspects of responsibility, recognition, having a common goal, and trust, respectively. 2. The average mean scores of school effectiveness in catholic schools in Chanthaburi Province, both as a whole and in each particular aspect, were found at a high level. Ranked from more to less were the aspects of ability in school adjustment and development, ability in student development for positive thinking, and ability in producing students with high academic achievement. 3. The overall relationship between teachers' teamwork and school effectiveness in catholic schools in Chanthaburi Province was found significantly related at a rather high level at the statistical level of .01. | |
