dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มุ่งศึกษาปัญหาและข้อเสนอแนะการบริหารจัดการสถานศึกษาตามหลักปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงของโรงเรียนลอยสายอนุสรณ์ กรุงเทพมหานคร โดยใช้หลักบริหารงาน สถานศึกษา 5 ด้าน คือ ด้านการวางแผน ด้านการจัดองค์การ ด้านการจัดคนเข้าทำงาน ด้าน การอำนวยการ และด้านการควบคุม ประชากรที่ใช้ศึกษา ได้แก่ ครูโรงเรียนลอยสายอนุสรณ์ จำนวน 40 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า (Rating scale) 5 ระดับ ตามแบบของ Likert จำนวน 40 ข้อ โดยใช้สถิติพื้นฐานในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย (μ) และความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (σ) ผลการศึกษา พบว่า ปัญหาการบริหารงานตามหลักปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงของ โรงเรียนลอยสายอนุสรณ์ กรุงเทพมหานคร โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง และรายด้านการศึกษาปัญหาการบริหารงานสถานศึกษาตามแนวคิดเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง โรงเรียนลอยสายอนุสรณ์ กรุงเทพมหานคร เรียงลำดับจากมากไปหาน้อย ดังนี้คือ ด้านการจัดคนเข้าทำงาน ด้านการควบคุม ด้านการจัดองค์กร ด้านการอำนวยการ และด้านการวางแผน ข้อเสนอแนะในการพัฒนา คือ ข้อเสนอแนะในการจัดคนเข้าทำงานหรือการจัดบุคลากร คือ ครูควรมีความรู้และความเข้าใจ อย่างถูกต้องในหลักปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง ครูจะต้องศึกษาหลักปรัชญา แนวคิดเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง และน้อมนำมาปฏิบัติในการดำรงชีวิตประจำวัน จะต้องเป็นแบบอย่างที่ดีในการปฏิบัติตนให้เป็นแบบอย่าง และพัฒนาตนเองอย่างสม่ำเสมอ

dc.description.abstractalternative	The purposes of this research were to study the problems and provide suggestion about school management based on the concept of sufficiency economy philosophy in Loysaianusorn school, Bangkok Metropolitan. The survey focused on management of the school in 5 aspects which were planning, organizing, staffing, directing, and controlling. The population consisted of 40 teachers working at Loysaianusorn School, Bangkok Metropolitan. The research instrument employed for the data collection was a set of 5-point-rating-scale questionnaire. The statistics in the study were Mean (μ) and Standard Deviation (σ). The results of the study revealed that the problems of school administration based on the concept of Sufficiency Economy Philosophy of Loysai Anusorn School, Bangkok was at a moderate level, and the problems of school administration based on the concept of sufficiency economy concept, Loysaianusorn School, Bangkok which were sorted by descending as follows, organizing people into work, controlling, organization, directing, and planning. Suggestions for development included: Teachers should have knowledge and understand the concept of the Sufficiency Economy correctty. Teachers must study philosophy. The concept of sufficiency economy and the guiding principles of daily living in the area of self-actualization and self-improvement shoned be examples to precties.
