dc.description.abstractการศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาและอุปสรรคของชุดพัฒนาสัมพันธ์มวลชนในการปฏิบัติงานตามโครงการจัดตั้งหมู่บ้าน/ ชุมชนเข้มแข็งเอาชนะยาเสพติดอำเภอชายแดน จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบระดับปัญหาจำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลและ 3) เพื่อเสนอแนวทางการแก้ไขปัญหาและอุปสรรคของชุดพัฒนาสัมพันธ์มวลชนในการจัดตั้งหมู่บ้าน/ ชุมชนเข้มแข็งเอาชนะยาเสพติดอำเภอชายแดน จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ อย่างยั่งยืนต่อไป กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้นำ กรรมการหมู่บ้านในหมู่บ้านเป้าหมายที่ชุดพัฒนาสัมพันธ์มวลชน ปฏิบัติงานตามโครงการจัดตั้งหมู่บ้าน/ ชุมชนเข้มแข็งเอาชนะยาเสพติด จำนวน 286 คน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ สถิติการบรรยาย (Descriptive statistics) และทดสอบสมมติฐานโดยใช้สถิติอนุมาน เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างโดยใช้ t-test และ One-way ANOVA และทดสอบรายคู่ด้วยวิธีการของเชฟเฟ่ (Scheffe) ผลจากการวิจัย พบว่า ปัญหาการปฏิบัติงานของชุดพัฒนาสัมพันธ์มวลชน ตามโครงการจัดตั้งหมู่บ้าน/ ชุมชนเข้มแข็ง เอาชนะยาเสพติด โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับน้อย เมื่อเรียงลำดับ พบว่า ผู้นำ กรรมการหมู่บ้านในหมู่บ้านเป้าหมาย ของชุดพัฒนาสัมพันธ์มวลชน มีปัญหาด้านการป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหายาเสพติดในหมู่บ้าน/ ชุมชน เป็นอันดับแรก รองลงมาคือ การประชุมเชิงปฏิบัติการแบบมีส่วนร่วม และสุดท้าย คือ การสืบสภาพข้อมูลหมู่บ้านเป้าหมาย ผลการศึกษาเปรียบเทียบปัญหาการปฏิบัติงานของชุดพัฒนาสัมพันธ์มวลชน ตามโครงการจัดตั้งหมู่บ้า/ ชุมชนเข้มแข็ง เอาชนะยาเสพติด พบว่า ผู้นำ กรรมการหมู่บ้านในหมู่บ้านเป้าหมาย ของชุดพัฒนาสัมพันธ์มวลชนที่มีเพศ อายุ การศึกษาสูงสุด และอาชีพต่างกัน มีระดับปัญหาและอุปสรรคในการปฏิบัติงานของชุดพัฒนาสัมพันธ์มวลชนต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ 0.05

dc.description.abstractalternativeThe objectives of this research were to: 1) identify problems and obstacles in the conduct of public relations development team following the strong village/ community project against drugs of boundary districts in Chiang Mai province 2) compare the level of problems classified by personal factors, and 3) propose the sustainable guidelines for the prevention and solution of public relations development team following the strong village/ community project against drugs of boundary district in Chiang Mai province. The samples selected for the study were 286 leaders of the village council in the target villages where the public relations development team has conducted following the strong village/ community project against drugs. Statistics used in data analysis include: descriptive statistics, frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. Perform hypothesis testing by using inference statistics to compare differences, t-test and One-way ANOVA and Scheffe’s method. The research found that problems in the conduct of public relations development team following the strong village/ community project against drugs in overall is low. When sorted, it was found that: (1) the leaders of the village council in the target villages of the public relations development team have problems with the prevention and solution of narcotic drugs in the village/ community, (2) participatory workshop and (3) detecting the target village information. The result compared with problems in the conduct of public relations development team following the strong village/ community project against drugsfound that the leaders of the village council in the target villages of the public relations development team; who have different gender, age, education and ocuupation; had different significant problems and obstacles in the conduct of public relations development team was 0.05.
