| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ระดับภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหาร สถานศึกษา 2) ระดับความพึงพอใจในการปฏิบัติงานของครู และ 3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่าง ภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับความพึงพอใจในการปฏิบัติงานของครู สหวิทยาเขตระยอง 2 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 18 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ครูโรงเรียนในสหวิทยาเขตระยอง 2 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่ การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 18 ปีการศึกษา 2559 จำนวน 196 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย เป็นแบบมาตราวัดประเมินค่า 5 ระดับ ตอนที่ 1 มีค่าอำนาจจำแนกกรายข้อระหว่าง .23-.80 ค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับ .91 และตอนที่ 2 มีค่าอำนาจจำแนกกรายข้อระหว่าง .30-.70 ค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับ .95 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ( ) ความเบี่ยงเบน มาตรฐาน (SD) และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน (r) (Pearson’s Product Moment Correlation Coefficient) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สหวิทยาเขตระยอง 2 โดยรวมและรายด้าน อยู่ในระดับมาก 2. ความพึงพอใจในการปฏิบัติงานของครู สหวิทยาเขตระยอง 2 โดยรวมและด้าน อยู่ในระดับมาก 3. ภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับความพึงพอใจในการปฏิบัติงาน ของครูสหวิทยาเขตระยอง 2 มีความสัมพันธ์กันทางบวกในระดับสูง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .01 | |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The objective of this research was to study 1) the level of school administrators’s leadership in schools under the Secondary Education Service Area Office 18, 2) the level of teacher’s work performance in schools under the Secondary Education Service Area Office 18, and 3) the relationship between leadership of school administrators and the teacher’s work performance in schools under the Secondary Education Service Area Office 18. The sample in this study consisted of 196 teachers in schools under the Secondary Education Service Area Office 18 in 2016 academic year. The research intrument used for collecting data was a five-point rating scale questionnaire, the first part had discrimination power between .23 and .80 and the reliability coefficient was at .91, and the second part had discrimination power between .30 and .70 and the reliability coeffcient was at .95. Statistics for data analys is in this study were Mean, Standard Deviations and Pearson’s Product Moment Correlation Coefficient. The results of research were: 1. Leadership of school administrators in schools under the Secondary Education Service Area Office 18 as a whole and all aspects was at a high level. 2. Work performance of teachers in schools under the Secondary Education Service Area Office 18 as a whole and all aspects was at a high level. 3. The relationship between leadership of school administrators and work performance of teachers in schools under the Secondary Education Service Area Office 18 was positively correlated at a high level, with a significantly significance level at .01. | |
