| dc.description.abstract | จากการวิจัย “แนวทางการพัฒนาวิสาหกิจชุมชน: กรณีศึกษากลุ่มสตรีทอผ้าฝ้าย ย้อมคราม บ้านถ้ำเต่า จังหวัดสกลนคร” มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาและอุปสรรคของกลุ่มสตรีทอผ้าฝ้ายย้อมคราม บ้านถ้ำเต่า จังหวัดสกลนครเพื่อกำหนดแนวทางการพัฒนาวิสาหกิจชุมชน กลุ่มสตรีทอผ้าฝ้ายย้อมคราม บ้านถ้ำเต่า จังหวัดสกลนครกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือกลุ่มสตรีทอผ้าฝ้ายย้อมคราม บ้านถ้ำเต่า จังหวัดสกลนคร จำนวนกลุ่มตัวอย่าง ประกอบด้วย ประธานกลุ่ม รองประธานกลุ่ม สมาชิกกลุ่มสตรีทอผ้าฝ้ายย้อมคราม บ้านถ้ำเต่า จังหวัดสกลนคร ผลการศึกษาสามารถสรุปได้ดังนี้ ผลการศึกษาปัญหาและอุปสรรคของกลุ่มสตรีทอผ้าฝ้ายย้อมคราม บ้านถ้ำเต่า จังหวัดสกลนคร พบว่า ด้านการบริหารจัดการกลุ่มและสมาชิก พบว่า การสนับสนุนจากหน่วยงานภาครัฐยังค่อนข้างจำกัดรวมถึงการพัฒนาการจัดการอื่น ๆ เช่น บรรจุภัณฑ์ การจัดจำหน่ายยังค่อนข้างจำกัด ด้านการตลาดและลูกค้า พบว่า การพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ที่ตอบสนองความต้องการของผู้ซื้อตามยุคสมัยและการจัดจำหน่ายเช่น จากการออกบูท ยังมีค่อนข้างน้อย ด้านการผลิตและงานสนับสนุนการผลิต พบว่า การนำเอาเทคโนโลยีสมัยใหม่มาใช้ในการดำเนินการผลิตยังไม่ชัดเจน การส่งเสริมการสร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือให้เข้มแข็ง และกว้างขวางในระดับประเทศเพื่อการขยายภาคการผลิตและการจัดจำหน่ายยังมีค่อนข้างน้อย และด้านการเงินและบัญชี พบว่า แหล่งเงินทุนในการสนับสนุนภาคการผลิตยังมีค่อนข้าง จำกัด รวมถึงการจัดทำบัญชีของสมาชิกยังค่อนข้างไม่ต่อเนื่อง ส่วนแนวทางการพัฒนาการดำเนินงานของกลุ่มสตรีทอผ้าฝ้ายย้อมคราม บ้านถ้ำเต่า จังหวัดสกลนคร พบว่า ควรมีการส่งเสริมการสร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือให้เข้มแข็งและกว้างขวางในระดับประเทศเพื่อการขยายภาคการผลิตและการจัดจำหน่ายที่ยังมีค่อนขางน้อยการวางแผนการผลิตที่ครบวงจร การพัฒนาคุณภาพวัตถุดิบ การพัฒนารูปแบบผลิตภัณฑ์ที่มีความหลากหลาย ตอบสนองความต้องการของผู้บริโภค | |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The research had objectives to study problems and obstacles of Women’s Indigo-dyed Cotton Weaving Group in Baan Tham Tao in Sakonnakorn Province and to determine the approach to develop Community Enterprise. The sample group was a Women’s Indigo-dyed Cotton Weaving Group in Baan Tham Tao in Sakonnakorn Province. The group consisted of a chairperson, vice chairperson and the members of Women’s Indigo-dyed Cotton Weaving Group in Baan Tham Tao in Sakonnakorn Province. To the problems and obstacles of Women’s Indigo-dyed Cotton Weaving Group in Baan Tham Tao in Sakonnakorn Province, it was found that there was limited support from the government in the management of the group and its members. In addition, the development of other management, such as packaging, distribution was still quite limited. To marketing, the customers found that there were limited distribution and product development to meet the needs of these days, and there were quite a few booths to sell the products. To production and production support, there was no obvious use of modern technology in production. There was still little support in the establishment of a strong and extensive national cooperation network for the expansion of the manufacturing and distribution sectors. To finance and accounting, it was found that there was few and relatively limited funding sources for supporting the manufacturing sector. In addition, there was discrete bookkeeping of members’ records. To the approach to develop the operation of Women’s Indigo-dyed Cotton Weaving Group in Baan Tham Tao in Sakonnakorn Province, it was found that there was still relatively little promotion of the establishment of a strong and extensive national cooperation network to expand the manufacturing and distribution sectors. There should also be comprehensive production planning, raw material development, and the development of a diversified range of products to meet the needs of consumers. | |
