dc.description.abstractการศึกษาเรื่องความคิดเห็นของประชาชนต่อการบริหารงานตามหลักธรรมาภิบาลของเทศบาลตำบลหมอนนาง อำเภอพนัสนิคม จังหวัดชลบุรีเพื่อศึกษาระดับความคิดเห็นและเพื่อเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของประชาชนต่อการบริหารงานตามหลักธรรมาภิบาลของเทศบาลตำบลหมอนนาง อำเภอพนัสนิคม จังหวัดชลบุรี จำแนกตาม เพศ อายุ ระดับการศึกษา อาชีพ และจำนวนครั้งที่เคยใช้บริการ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ศึกษา ได้แก่ ประชาชนที่เป็นตัวแทนครัวเรือนในเขตเทศบาลตำบลหมอนนาง อำเภอพนัสนิคม จังหวัดชลบุรีที่มีอายุ 18 ปีขึ้นไป จากประชากรจำนวน 4,048 คน ซึ่งกำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้สูตรของยามาเน่ (Yamane, 1973) ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 365 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ แบบสอบถาม ส่วนการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลนั้น ใช้สถิติค่าร้อยละ, ค่าเฉลี่ย, ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน, ใช้สถิติ tTest สำหรับเปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างระหว่างตัวแปร 2 ตัว, สถิติ One-way ANOVA สำหรับเปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างระหว่างตัวแปรมากกว่า 2 ตัวและใช้ LSD เพื่อทดสอบว่าตัวแปรใดมีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ความคิดเห็นของประชาชนต่อการบริหารงานตามหลักธรรมาภิบาลของเทศบาลตำบลหมอนนาง ในภาพรวมแล้วทั้ง 6 ด้าน อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านหลักความคุ้มค่า อยู่ในลำดับที่ 1 รองลงมา คือ ด้านหลักความโปร่งใส ด้านหลักความรับผิดชอบ ด้านหลักความมีส่วนร่วม ด้านหลักคุณธรรม และสุดท้าย คือด้านหลักนิติธรรม ตามลำดับ และเมื่อศึกษา เปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของประชาชนต่อการบริหารงานตามหลักธรรมาภิบาลของเทศบาลตำบลหมอนนาง พบว่า ประชาชนที่มีเพศ อายุ ระดับการศึกษา อาชีพ และจำนวนครั้งที่เคยใช้บริการต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นต่อการบริหารงานตามหลักธรรมาภิบาลของเทศบาลตำบลหมอนนาง ไม่แตกต่างกัน.

dc.description.abstractalternativeThe study on the opinion of citizen toward the management according to the good governance principle of Monnang Subdistrict municipality, Phanat Nikhom District, Chonburi Province was to study the level of opinion and to compare the opinion of the citizen toward the management according to the good governance principle of Monnang Subdistrict municipality, Phanat Nikhom District, Chonburi Province. The citizen was categorized based on gender, age, level of education, career, and number of times using the service. Among the population of 4,048, the sample group included the representatives of the household with the age of at least 18 in Monnang Subdistrict, Phanat Nikhom District, Chonburi Province. The sample size, specified by Yamane’s formula (Yamane, 1973), was 365 people. The research instrument for gathering data was a survey. The statistical methods for analyzing data were percentage, mean, and standard deviation. Moreover, t-Test was applied to compare the differences between 2 variables, one-way ANOVA was applied to compare the difference between more than 2 variables, and LSD was applied to test the significant difference in term of statistic with the statistical significance of .05. As the result of the study, the research found that the overall result of opinion of the citizen toward the management according to the good governance principle of Monnang Subdistrict municipality, Phanat Nikhom District, Chonburi Province in 6 aspects was strongly high. When considering each aspect, the value aspect received the highest level. The other following aspects were transparency aspect, participation aspect, virtue aspect, and legality aspect, respectively. When comparing the opinion of the citizen toward the management according to the good governance principle of Monnang Subdistrict municipality, it was found that citizen with different gender, age, level of education, career, and number of times using the service had no different opinions toward the management according to the good governance principle of Monnang Subdistrict municipality.
