dc.description.abstractการวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการเตรียมความพร้อมเพื่อความมั่นคงของพนักงานธนาคาร ในเขตภาคตะวันออก ในการรองรับการเข้าสู่ภาวะผู้สูงวัย เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อระดับการเตรียมความพร้อมเพื่อความมั่นคงของพนักงานธนาคาร ในเขตภาคตะวันออก ในการรองรับการเข้าสู่ภาวะผู้สูงวัย และเพื่อวิเคราะห์ปัญหาอุปสรรค และนำเสนอแนวทางในการเตรียมความพร้อมเพื่อความมั่นคงของพนักงานธนาคารในการรองรับการเข้าสู่ภาวะผู้สูงวัย กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้แบ่งเป็น 2 กลุ่ม ได้แก่ 1. พนักงานธนาคารทั้งภาครัฐและภาคเอกชนในเขตภาคตะวันออกของประเทศไทย 2 จังหวัด ได้แก่ 1. จังหวัดชลบุรี และ 2. จังหวัดฉะเชิงเทรา จำนวน 410 ตัวอย่าง และ 2. ผู้ให้ข้อมูลการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก ได้แก่ กลุ่มคณะผู้บริหารของธนาคารทั้งภาครัฐ และเอกชน พนักงานในวัยใกล้เกษียณอายุงาน และพนักงานระดับปฏิบัติการประจำสาขารวมจำนวนทั้งสิ้น 11 ท่าน การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้ประมวลผลด้วยโปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปทางสถิติสถิติที่ใช้ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ในการทดสอบสมมติฐานใช้การวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณ ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์ การทำนาย กำหนดระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. พนักงานธนาคารที่ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่มีระดับการเตรียมความพร้อมเพื่อความมั่นคงของพนักงานธนาคารในการรองรับการเข้าสู่ภาวะผู้สูงวัย ด้านภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับมาก 2. การรับรู้ข้อมูลข่าวสารเกี่ยวกับการเตรียมความพร้อมเพื่อการเข้าสู่ภาวะผู้สูงวัย ได้แก่ การสนทนา/แลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็นกับผู้ที่เกษียณอายุแล้ว และเว็บไซต์ เว็บบอร์ด ต่าง ๆ ในอินเทอร์เน็ตนั้น มีอิทธิพลกับการเตรียมความพร้อมเพื่อความมั่นคงของพนักงานธนาคารในการรองรับการเข้าสู่ภาวะผู้สูงวัย อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 3. ปัจจัยด้านการสนับสนุนทางสังคม ได้แก่ ด้านการสนับสนุนจากหน่วยงานต้นสังกัด ด้านการสนับสนุนจากกลุ่มเพื่อน และด้านการสนับสนุนจากครอบครัว มีอิทธิพลทางบวกกับการเตรียมความพร้อมเพื่อความมั่นคงของพนักงานธนาคารในการรองรับการเข้าสู่ภาวะผู้สูงวัย อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 4. ทัศนคติต่อการเตรียมความพร้อมเพื่อความมั่นคงของพนักงานธนาคารในการรองรับการเข้าสู่ภาวะผู้สูงวัย มีอิทธิพลทางบวกกับการเตรียมความพร้อมเพื่อความมั่น คงของพนักงานธนาคารในการรองรับการเข้าสู่ภาวะผู้สูงวัย อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 5. ปัญหา/อุปสรรค ได้แก่ 1. ด้านการทะเลาะเบาะแว้งในครอบครัว 2. ด้านการขาดการสนับสนุนจากหน่วยงานต้นสังกัด 3. ด้านการมีสุขภาพร่างกายไม่แข็งแรงและ 4. ด้านการขาดการสนับสนุน/ช่วยเหลือจากครอบครัว มีอิทธิพลทางบวกกับการเตรียมความพร้อมเพื่อความมั่นคงของพนักงานธนาคารในการรองรับการเข้าสู่ภาวะผู้สูงวัย อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และ 6. แนวทางในการสร้างการเตรียมความพร้อมนั้นควรใช้มาตรการบังคับให้พนักงานในระบบแรงงานให้ออมเงินมากกว่าเดิม มีนโยบายปลูกฝังประชาชนตระหนักถึงความสำคัญของการวางแผนในระยะยาวต่อการเตรียมความพร้อมเข้าสู่การเกษียณอายุ โดยส่งเสริมให้เกิดการวางแผนเพื่อ เตรียมพร้อมในการเกษียณอายุงานตั้งแต่วันที่เริ่มทำงาน และควรสื่อสารให้พนักงานตระหนักถึงความสำคัญของการออมในเชิงสร้างสรรค์

dc.description.abstractalternativeThe purpose of this research is to study the preparation for the security of the bank employees to support the entering to be the elderly, to study the factors that have influenced the level of preparation for the security of the bank employees to support the entering to be the elderly, and to analyze problems, obstacles and propose ways to prepare for the security of the bank employees to support the entering to be the elderly. The sample groups used in this research is divided into 2 groups, namely: 1. Bank employees in both public and private sectors in the eastern region of Thailand in 2 provinces which are 1. Chon Buri Province and 2. ChachoengsaoProvince, for 410samples; and 2. Data providers for the in-depth interviews include the bank's management team both public and private, employees near the retirement age, and the branch operating level employees, totaling 11 persons. Data analysis is processed using statistical software packages. The statistics used are Frequency, Percentage, Mean, and Standard Deviation. In hypothesis testing, the multiple linear regression analysis (MRA) is used with the coefficient of determination (R2), and the statistical significance level is set at 0.05. The results of the research are as follows: 1. Overall, most bank employees who answer the questionnaires have a high level of preparation for the security to support the entering to be the elderly at a high level. When considered individually, it was found that all 5issues are at a high level in descending order as follows physical health, economy, psychology, housing, and spending time, respectively. 2. Perception of information about entering elderly includes discussion/exchanging comments with retirees. Websites and forums on the internet have an influence on how to prepare the bank employees to support entering the elderly with statistical significance at the level of .05.3. Social support factors, such as support from the workplace, support from friends, and family support had a positive influence on to prepare the bank employees to support entering the elderly with statistical significance at Level .054. The attitude towards the preparation for the bank employees to support entering the elderly has a positive influence with statistical significance of .05. 5. Problems/obstacles in preparing the bank employees to support entering the elderly include 1. family quarrel, 2. lack of support from the workplace, 3.physical health, and 4. lack of family support/assistance has a positive influence on to prepare the bank employees to support entering the elderly with statistical significance of .05, and 6. Thedirection for creating the preparation for the bank employees to support entering the elderly should use a mandatory measure for the employees in the labor system to increase the savings, setting up a policy to instill awareness of the importance of long-term planning for retirement preparation by promoting retirement planning from the day of work and should communicate to employees to realize the importance of the concept of savings in a creative manner.
