dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการพัฒนารูปแบบการขนเพื่อสร้างของประกอบการไทย ด้านการขนส่งสินค้าในสาธารณรัฐประชาธิปไตยประชาชนลาว โดยผู้วิจัยได้ทำการวิจัยแบบผสานวิธี จากการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ โดยการวิจัยแบ่งเป็น 3 วิธี 1) วิธีสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก (In-depth interview) ด้วยการสัมภาษณ์ผู้ประกอบการไทยและสัมภาษณ์กลุ่มกับเจ้าหน้าที่จากหน่วยงานภาครัฐใน สปป.ลาว รวมทั้งสิ้นจำนวน 12 คน 2) จัดประชุมกลุ่มผู้เชี่ยวชาญที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการขนส่งสินค้าของประเทศไทยและ สปป.ลาว และนำผลที่ได้มาทำการวิเคราะห์ตามวัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัย จำนวน 6 คน และ 3) นำผลการสัมภาษณ์ เชิงลึกไปดำเนินการวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการโดยการทดสอบการวิ่งรถจริง เพื่อเสริมความหนักแน่นและความสมบูรณ์ของงานวิจัย จำนวน 12 คน โดยการทดลองวิ่งรถขนส่งจริงตามผลการสัมภาษณ์ จำนวน 15 เที่ยวขนส่ง ผลการวิจัยพบว่า เส้นทางที่มีประสิทธิผลดีที่สุดคือ เส้นทางจากถนนพระราม 2 กรุงเทพมหานคร ประเทศไทยไปไชยะบุรี สปป.ลาว และมีประเด็นที่ต้องพัฒนา ได้แก่ รัฐบาลไทยต้องส่งเสริมให้ผู้ใช้สินค้าทาง สปป.ลาว ใช้สินค้าที่ผลิตจากประเทศไทยและสนับสนุนให้ผู้ประกอบการขนส่งสินค้าเข้าถึงแหล่งเงินทุนที่มีดอกเบี้ยต่ำ เพื่อความคล่องตัวในการดำเนินธุรกิจระบบเทคโนโลยีการสื่อสารต้องพัฒนาให้ใช้เครือข่ายร่วมกันได้ นโยบายของความร่วมมือที่รัฐบาลได้ทำเอาไว้กับ สปป.ลาว สามารถนำใช้ปฏิบัติได้จริง	th_TH

dc.description.abstractalternative	This research had an objective to study the development of the transportation model to create Thai entrepreneurs’ achievement in goods transportation to the Lao People's Democratic Republic. Mixed method research was conducted. Qualitative research was divided into 3 steps. (1) In-depth interview was used with Thai entrepreneurs and group interview was used with the total of 12 officials from government agencies in the Lao PDR. (2) Focus group was organized for 6 experts involved in the transportation of goods in Thailand and Lao PDR. Then, the results were analyzed according to the objectives of the research. (3) The results of in-depth interviews were processed into Action Research by real transportation test in order to enhance the firmness and completeness of the research work from 12 people. It was found that the most effective route was the route from Rama II Road in Bangkok, Thailand to Chaiya Buri of Lao PDR, and there were issues that needed to be developed. Firstly, Thai government had to encourage Lao people to use products made in Thailand. Secondly, the government supported transportation entrepreneurs to have an access to fund sources with low interest in order to have liquidity in business operations. Thirdly, communication technology systems had to be developed to share networks with Lao people. Finally, the practical policy of cooperation should be made by both Thai and Lao governments.	th_TH
