dc.description.abstract	งานวิจัยเรื่อง การสำรวจสถานการณ์ปัญหาการบริโภคยาปฏิชีวนะเพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการคุ้มครองผู้บริโภคเพื่อความปลอดภัย มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1 สำรวจสถานการณ์การใช้ยาปฏิชีวนะในเขตเทศบาลแสนสุข 2.หารูปแบบการส่งเสริมการใช้ยาปฏิชีวนะให้เหมาะสมและมีความปลอดภัยเพื่อการคุ้มครองผู้บริโภค การวิจัยเชิงปริมาณโดยมีกลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 410 ตัวอย่าง ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ปัญหาการบริโภคยาปฎิชีวนะ ได้แก่ ความรู้การใช้ยาปฏิชีวนะโดยไม่จำเป็น วิธี รับประทานยาปฏิชีวนะ ระยะเวลาในการรับประทานยาปฏิชีวนะ การเก็บรักษายานำเด็กที่เป็นผงแห้งหลังผสม และการดูวันผลิต/ วันหมดอายุของยาปฏิชีวนะ พฤติกรรมที่ยังขาดเรื่องการรับประทานยาปฏิชีวนะอย่างต่อเนื่อง และครบระยะเวลาตามกำหนด สรุป บุคคลากรด้านสาธารณสุข ควรตระหนักและเพิ่มความรู้ที่ถูกต้องและสร้างพฤติกรรมที่เหมาะสมให้กับประชาชน เพื่อลดการเกิดการดื้อยาและลดงบประมาณในการรักษา	th_TH

dc.description.abstractalternative	This study aimed to survey the situation of antibiotics consumption. It was a qualitative research using in-depth interview Technique. The purposive sampling was a group of 15 experts, including doctors, pharmacists and nurses. The results about the knowledge were found that unnecessary antibiotics taking, antibiotics using, duration of taking antibiotics, storage of dry antibiotics after mixing and the production date / expiration date of the antibiotics. The behaviors were found that lack of taking antibiotics full course. Summary healthcare team should be aware and increase the correct knowledge and create appropriate behavior for the people To reduce the occurrence of drug resistance and reduce treatment budgets.	en
