dc.description.abstract	การศึกษาวัจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อสังเคราะห์ผลการประเมินประสิทธิภาพการจัดการเรียนการสอนระดับบัณฑิตศึกษาของคณาจารย์ คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบการประเมินประสิทธิภาพดารจัดการเรียนการสอนด้านพฤติกรรมดารเรียนของตนโดยจำแนกตามประเภทนิสิต 3) เพื่อเปรีบยเทียบการประเมินประสิทธิภาพการจัดการเรียนการสอนต่อรายวิชาโดยจำแนกตามประเภทนิสิต 4) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบการประเมินประสิทธิภาพการจัดการเรียนการสอนของอาจารย์โดยการจำแนกตามประเภทนิสิต ในการศึกานี้ผู้วิจัยใช้มูลจากจากระบบประเมินประเมินประสิทธิสาพการเรียนการสอนของมหาวิทยาลัยบูรพาสำหรับการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล โดยเลือกอาจารย์ประจำสอนระดับบัณฑิตศึกษา คณะศึกษาศาตร์ ที่ดำเนินการสอนในภาคเรียนที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2557 จำนวน 54 คน และนิสิตระดับบัณฑิตศึกษาเป็นกลุ่มตัวอย่าง 2,079 คน เป็นนิสิตภาคปกติ 555 คน และนิสิตภาพพิเศษ 1,524 คน ผลการวิจัย ผลการประเมินประสิทธิภาพการเรียนการสอนระดับบัณฑิตศึกษาของคณาจารย์คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ทั้ง 3 ด้าน คือ ความคิดเห็นด้านพฤติกรรมการเรียนของตนม ความคิดแห็นต่อรายวิชา และความคิดเห็นด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอนของคณาจารย์ พบว่าในภาพรวม นิสิตระดับบัณฑิตศึกษาภาคปกติมีความคิดเห็นต่อประสิทธิภาพการจัดการเรียนการสอนในระดับดีมาก (X̅ = 4.54, SD = .304)และนิสิตภาคพิเศษมีความคิดเห็นต่อประสิทธิภาพการจัดการเรียนการสอนในระดับดี (X̅= 4.42, SD = .239)	th_TH

dc.description.abstractalternative	This research aimed to 1) synthesize the effectiveness of lecturers’ teaching management in graduate studies level of Faculty of Education, Burapha University 2) compare the effectiveness of teaching management on studying behavior that categorized by type of students 3) compare the effectiveness of teaching management towards courses that categorized by type of students 4) compare the effectiveness of lecturers’ teaching management that categorized by type of students. The data from Teaching and Learning Effectiveness Evaluation System, Burapha University were analyzed for this study. The samples were 54 lecturers who taught in graduate level in semester 1, academic year 2014 and 2,079 graduate studies students from 555 students fulltime; and part time 1,524. Results of the study are as followers: The performance evaluation of teaching a graduate of the Faculty of Education and the third is a review of their study habits, the reviews on the course, the management and teaching staff. Found that overall Graduate students fulltime opinion on the effectiveness of teaching and learning at a very good level (X̅ = 4.54, SD = .304) and part time student opinions on the effectiveness of teaching and learning at a good level (X̅= 4.42, SD = .239)	en
