| dc.description.abstract | การศึกษาวิจัยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อประเมินความเสี่ยงด้านความปลอดภัยของโรงเรียนในจังหวัดชลบุรี ด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมทางกายภาพที่เอื้อต่อความปลอดภัย ด้านการจัดบริการความปลอดภัย และด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอนสวัสดิศึกษาในโรงเรียน โดยประยุกต์วิธีการประเมินความเสี่ยงของกรมโรงงานและสำนักงานมาตรฐานผลิตภัณฑ์อุตสาหกรรม กระทรวงอุตสาหกรรม กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นครูและนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 6 ทั้งหมดของโรงเรียน 3 แห่ง ในจังหวัดชลบุรี จำนวน 73 คน และ 212 คน ตามลำดับ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ แบบสอบถาม แบบสัมภาษณ์ แบบสำรวจ และแบบบันทึกการสังเกตที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้นเองโดยกรอบแนวคิดของ เอมอัชฌา วัฒนบุรานนท์ (2548) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า การประเมินระดับความปลอดภัยในโรงเรียนตามการรับรู้ของกลุ่มตัวอย่าง 1. ด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมทางกายภาพที่เอื้อต่อความปลอดภัย 2. ด้านการจัดบริการความปลอดภัยของโรงเรียน และ 3. ด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอนสวัสดิศึกษาโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับการปฎิบัติที่ปลอดภัยสูง ส่วนการประเมินระดับความเสี่ยงความปลอดภัยของโรงเรียนทั้ง 3 ด้าน อยู่ในระดับที่เป็นความเสี่ยงระดับเล็กน้อยที่ยอมรับได้ สำหรับการเปรียบเทียบระดับความปลอดภัยของโรงเรียนด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมทางกายภาพที่เอื้อต่อความปลอดภัย ด้านการจัดบริกาความปลอดภัย และด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอนสวัสดิศึกษาของโรงเรียนแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (P-value<0.05) ดังนั้นผู้บริหารโรงเรียนควรพัฒนาแนวทางปฏิบัติ การเฝ้าระวัง การป้องกัน และการรักษาความปลอดภัยในโรงเรียนที่เป็นระบบอย่างต่อเนื่อง | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The research aimed to safety risk assessment of school in chonburi province which consisted of physical environment safety, the school safety service and the safety education. The process was to apply from occupational health and safety assessment series of department of industrial work and Thai industrial standard institute, ministry of industry. The sample were from threeschool:73 teacher and 212 prathom 6 pupils. The questionnaire froms, the interviewing forms, the surveying froms and observations records were the research tools, according to Aimutcha Watanaburanon (2005) conceptual frame work, in school safety. The results of school safety assessment indicated that, as a whole, the teachers and pupils perceive, the [hysical environment safety, the school safety service and the safety education were high. As to the three levels of school safety risk assessment, it was at level 1, which meaned there was a minor risk, that should be acceptable. As for the comparison of the perceived safety level between the teacher and pupils, it found that both teachers and pupils regard school safety of the physical environment safety, the school safety service and the safety education were significantly different (P-value < 0.05). There for, the administrative school should be develop the continuous system of guidelines, surveillance, prevention and correction for school safety. | en |
