การสังเคราะห์อนุพันธของไตรเอริลมีเทนแบบสมมาตร โดยใช้ Bi(OTf)3 เป็นตัวเร่งปฏิกิรยา

Abstract

ในงานวิจัยนี้ได้พัฒนาวิธีที่ง่าย สภาวะการทดลองที่ไม่รุนแรงและมีประสิทธิภาพสําหรับการสังเคราะห์สารในกลุ่มไตรเอริลมีเทนแบบสมมาตรผ่านปฏิกิริยาฟรีเดล-คราฟท์ของ electron-rich arenes กับ trialkyl orthoformate โดยใช้ Bi(OTf)3 (10 mol%) เป็นตัวเร่งปฏิกิริยาภายใต้สภาวะที่ไม่ใช้ตัวทําละลาย ทําปฏิกิริยาที่อุณหภูมิห้องพบว่าได้ผลิตภัณฑ์เป็นสารประกอบไตรเอริลมีเทนแบบสมมาตรในเปอร์เซ็นตืปานกลางถึงสูง In this research, we have developed a simple, mild and efficient method for the synthesis of symmetrical triarylmethanes derivatives via Friedel-Crafts alkylation of electron-rich arenes with trialkyl orthoformate in the presence of Bi(OTf)3 (10 mol%) as catalyst under neat condition at room temperature. The reactions proceed smoothly to produce the corresponding symmetrical triarylmethane derivatives in moderate to high yields
