| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อการพัฒนาและประเมินหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมการให้การปรึกษาเกี่ยวกับเอชไอวีในคู่สามีภรรยาที่มาฝากครรภ์ เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการในการพัฒนาหลักสูตร โดยให้ ผู้เข้าอบรมที่ปฏิบัติงานเกี่ยวข้องกับสุขภาพและบริการฝากครรภ์จำนวน 6 รุ่น รวมทั้งสิ้น 251 คน มีส่วนร่วมในการพัฒนาหลักสูตร และการประเมินผลหลักสูตร จัดทำขึ้นในระหว่างเดือนกันยายน 2550 ถึงกุมภาพันธ์ 2552 ประกอบด้วย 3 ส่วนคือ 1) การประเมินเนื้อหาหลักสูตร โดยสุมตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจงของผู้เข้ารับการฝึกอบรมรุ่นที่ 1-3 (n = 40 คน) ใช้แบบสอบถามและการสนทนากลุ่มเฉพาะ 2) การประเมินผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของผู้เข้ารับการฝึกอบรมรุ่นที่ 4-6 ใช้แบบทดสอบความรู้ (n = 117 คน) 3) การประเมินความพึงพอใจในการเข้ารับการฝึกอบรมรุ่นที่ 2-6 ใช้แบบประเมินผลหลังการอบรม (n = 218 คน) ทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล โดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา สำหรับข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณ ส่วนข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพใช้วิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัย สรุปได้ดังนี้ 1. หลักสูตร สามารถสอนให้ผู้เข้าอบรมนำความรู้ไปปฏิบัติได้จริง มีเนื้อหา แผนการสอน ที่มีความทันสมัย ชัดเจน และสอดคล้องกับสถานการณ์ปัจจุบันสามารถนำไปใช้ในการให้คำปรึกษาเกี่ยวกับการป้องกันการแพร่กระจายเชื้อเอชไอวีในหญิงตั้งครรภ์และคู่สมรสจริง 2. ปัจจัยนำเข้า ผู้อบรมมีความรู้และทักษะในการให้การปรึกษาเกี่ยวกับเอชไอวีในคู่สามีภรรยาที่มาฝากครรภ์ ในระดับดีและดีมากจากแบบประเมินผลความรู้ก่อนและหลังการอบรม และจากแบบทดสอบความรู้พบว่าคะแนนเฉลี่ยก่อนและหลังการอบรมเพิ่มขึ้นทุกรุ่น วิทยากรทุกคนมีคุณสมบัติ ความเชี่ยวชาญและความสามารถในการสอนเป็นอย่างดียิ่ง ส่วนสิ่งสนับสนุนการอบรม ได้แก่ เอกสารประกอบการสอน วีซีดี ส่วนใหญ่มีความเหมาะสมดี 3. กระบวนการ กระบวนการเรียนการสอนและการวัดผลมีความเหมาะสมกับแผนการสอน วัตถุประสงค์ เนื้อหา และผู้เข้าอบรม ส่วนกิจกรรมการพัฒนาผู้เข้าอบรมมีความเหมาะสมดีมาก 4. ผลผลิตและผลลัพธ์ หลังการเข้ารับการฝึกอบรมมีความรู้และทักษะในการให้การปรึกษาเกี่ยวกับเอชไอวีในคู่สามีภรรยาที่มาฝากครรภ์อยู่ในระดับดีมาก และทุกคนเห็นว่า บรรลุวัตถุประสงค์ของหลักสูตร ความรู้และประสบการณ์ที่ได้รับจากหลักสูตรมีประโยชน์ต่อตนเอง ผู้รับบริการ และหน่วยงานรวมทั้งมีความพึงพอใจในหลักสูตรระดับดีมาก และนำไปใช้ให้บริการในสถานบริการในภาคตะวันออกถึง 25 แห่ง พบว่ามีคู่สามีภรรยารายใหม่มารับบริการฝากครรภ์คิดเป็นร้อยละ 25.4 ผลการวิจัยนี้ชี้ให้เห็นถึงความชัดเจน ความครอบคลุมและความเหมาะสมกับสถานการณ์ปัญหาปัญหาของหลักสูตรการปรึกษากับเอชไอวีในคู่สามีภรรยาที่มาฝากครรภ์ ทั้งในด้านเนื้อหาและวีธีการจัดการเรียนการสอน รวมทั้งความเป็นไปได้ในการนำความรู้ที่ได้ไปใช้ในการให้บริการ ซึ่งจะส่งผลให้บุคลากรด้านสุขภาพสามารถให้บริการเพื่อป้องกันและลดการแพร่กระจายเชื้อเอชไอวีในคู่สามีภรรยาที่มาฝากครรภ์ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพอันจะนำไปสู่การมีคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดียิ่งขึ้นของครอบครัว นอกจากนี้ หน่วยงานหรือโรงพยาบาลสามารถนำหลักสูตรไปใช้เป็นคู่มือเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการให้บริการการปรึกษาเกี่ยวกับเอชไอวีในคู่สามีภรรยาที่มาฝากครรภ์ได้อีกด้วย สำหรับศูนย์อนามัยเขตหรือหน่วยงานอื่นที่ต้องการนำหลักสูตรไปใช้ควรปรับเนื้อหาในแผนการสอนให้เหมาะสมกับบริบทของจังหวัดในเขตพื้นที่รับผิดชอบ | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | This action research study was aimed to develop and evaluate the training curriculum on HIV couple counseling in antenatal care. The participation of six groups of the trainees (251 trainees), whose work related to health and antenatal care services, coupled with the curriculum evaluation during September, 2007 to February, 2009, contributed to the completion of this recent training curriculum. Curriculum evaluation comprised 3 categories : 1) Evaluation of the curriculum content, which included participants group 1-3 purposively selected based on their willingness to participate in the project (n = 40) and it was done by means of questionnaires and focus group discussion; 2) Evaluation of participants’ which included participants group 4-6 (n = 117) using pre – and post test questionnaires; and 3) Evaluation of the overall satisfaction on part of participants group 2-6 (n = 218) using questionnaires. Data was analyzed by means of descriptive statistic for quantitative data and content analysis for qualitative data. The research results were as the following 1. Curriculum was practical to provide counseling related to HIV transmission prevention to couples in the antenatal care services (ANC) and contained teaching plan with up to date and clear content relevant to current situation 2. Input of the training curriculum, averagely the participants had knowledge and skills in HIV couple counseling in ANC in a good and very good level respectively, all of the instructors were knowledgeable and experienced in teaching, and facilities such as textbook, VCD were highly appropriated 3. Processes of the training curriculum, instruction processes and evaluation methods were appropriated for the participants, either instruction plans, objectives, or contents. In addition, the participants reported that training activities were highly appropriated. 4. Output and outcome of the training curriculum, all participants had higher knowledge and skills in HIV couple counseling in ANC after the training. They also indicated having higher counseling competence, which were useful to themselves and their institutions. All participants also indicated their satisfaction in an over all training curriculum in the highest level. Furthermore have couple service couple counseling in antenatal care 25.4% Findings from this study indicated an appropriateness of this recent training curriculum both instruction contents and methods, especially for its coverage, cleanliness, and relevancy to current problems and situations. The curriculum was also practical in the existing ANC services, which would enable the participants to enhance effectiveness of their services for HIV prevention and alleviation among couples, thereby increasing health and quality of love of the families in the are.
