dc.description.abstractงานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์4 ประการ คือ 1) เพื่อศึกษาการส่งเสริมนโยบายเพื่อการท่องเที่ยว เชิงวัฒนธรรมในจังหวัดนครนายก 2) เพื่อศึกษาการบริหารจัดการแหล่งท่องเที่ยวเชิงวัฒนธรรมในจังหวัดนครนายก 3) เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความต้องการการกลับมาเที่ยวซ้้าที่จังหวัดนครนายกของนักท่องเที่ยวช าว ไท ย แ ล ะช าว ต่ างป ระ เท ศ แ ล ะ 4) เพื่ อ ศึ ก ษ าก ระ บ ว น ก ารก ารพั ฒ น าก ารท่ อ งเที่ ย วเชิงวัฒนธรรมที่เหมาะสมกับชุมชนในจังหวัดนครนายก โดยใช้รูปแบบการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก ผลการศึกษาพบว่า การส่งเสริมนโยบายเพื่อการท่องเที่ยวเชิงวัฒนธรรมในจังหวัดนครนายกสามารถท้าได้ดังนี้1) การส่งเสริมเอกลักษณ์ทางวัฒนธรรมที่โดดเด่นในแต่ละชุมชน 2) การพัฒนาให้แหล่งท่องเที่ยวเชิงวัฒนธรรมในชุมชนเป็นศูนย์กลางในการเชื่อมโยงให้กับชุมชนอื่น ๆ ในพื้นที่ใกล้เคียงกัน 3) การส่งเสริมให้เกิดการต่อยอดของการท่องเที่ยวเชิงวัฒนธรรมของคนรุ่นใหม่ การบริหารจัดการแหล่งท่องเที่ยวเชิงวัฒนธรรมในจังหวัดนครนายกที่เกิดจากการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชน โดยมีปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความต้องการกลับมาเที่ยวซ้้าที่จังหวัดนครนายก ของนักท่องเที่ยวชาวไทยและชาวต่างประเทศ ประกอบด้วย 1) การพัฒนาทรัพยากรมนุษย์2) การพัฒนากิจกรรมเพื่อการท่องเที่ยวเชิงวัฒนธรรม 3) การบริหารเศรษฐกิจทรัพยากรธรรมชาติสิ่งแวดล้อมและวัฒนธรรมของชุมชน ดังนั้น กระบวนการการพัฒนาการท่องเที่ยวเชิงวัฒนธรรมที่เหมาะสมกับชุมชนในจังหวัดนครนายก ท้าได้ดังนี้ 1) การหาจุดแข็งของแหล่งท่องเที่ยวเชิงวัฒนธรรมในชุมชน 2) การค้นคว้า วิจัยและพัฒนาการท่องเที่ยวเชิงวัฒนธรรมอย่างต่อเนื่อง 3) การมีส่วนร่วมของคนในชุมชนกับการพัฒนาการท่องเที่ยวเชิงวัฒนธรรมth_TH

dc.description.abstractalternativeThis research has 4 objectives as 1) to study policy promotion for cultural tourism in Nakhon Nayok Province. 2) To study the management of cultural tourism in Nakhon Nayok Province. 3) To study the factors affecting the need for a repeat trip to Nakhon Nayok province of Thai and foreign tourists and 4) to study the process of cultural tourism development suitable for communities in Nakhon Nayok Province. Using a qualitative research methodology that consisted of in-depth interviews. The study found that the policy promotion for cultural tourism in Nakhon Nayok Province can be done as follows 1) Promoting outstanding cultural identity in each community 2) Development of cultural tourism in the community as a hub to connect with other communities in the neighboring area. 3) Promote the extension of cultural tourism for the new generation. Management of cultural tourism in Nakhon Nayok province arising from community participation. Factors that affecting the need for a repeat trip to Nakhon Nayok province of Thai and foreign tourists including 1) human resource development. 2) Development of activities for cultural tourism 3) Economic management natural resources, environment and culture of the community. The process of developing cultural tourism suitable for communities in Nakhon Nayok province is as follows 1) Finding the strengths of cultural tourism sites in the community. 2) Continuous research and development of cultural tourism. 3) The participation of people in the community with the development of cultural tourism.th_TH
