dc.description.abstract	จาการนำเชื้อราจำนวน 76 ไอโซเลทที่แยกได้จากราย้อยสลายไม้และไม้ผุที่เก็บได้จากแหล่งธรรมชาติในประเทศไทยคัดเลือกหาเชื้อราที่มีกิจกรรมย่อยสลายลิกนิน โดยวิธีตรวจวัดการย่อยสลายสี Poly R-478 ของเชื้อราที่เจริญในอาหารเหลวในสภาวะที่ไม่มีการเขย่าสามารถคัดเลือกเชื้อราที่ย่อยสลายสีได้ทั้งหมด 13 ไอโซเลท หรือคิดเป็ฯประมาณร้อยละ 17 ของราที่แยกได้ทั้งหมด จาการตรวจสอบการผลิตเอนไซม์ลิกมินเปอร์ออกซิเดสและเอนไซม์แลคเคสของราทั้ง 13 ไอโซเลทในอาหารเหลวที่สภาวะเดิมพบเฉพาะกิจกรรมของ แลคเคสในราที่ย่อยสลายสีได้ดีจำนวน 8 ไอโซเลทแต่ตรวจไม่พบกิจกรรมของลิกนินเปอร์ออกซิเดสในราที่ย่อยสีได้ทั้ง 13 ไอโซเลทรวมทั้งราอ้างอิง Sporotrichum pulveruletum TISTR 3326 และ Trametes versicolor TISTR 3324	th_TH

dc.description.abstractalternative	sixty seven fungal isolates obtainned from wood decay fungi and decay wood samples collected from various natural sources of Thailand were screened for ligninolytic activities. Poly R - 478 dey decolorization of the static fungal culture used as the screening method resulted in 13 fungal isolates (about 17% of total isolates) with decolorizing ability. These isolates were then tested for production of lignin peroxidase and laccase activity in the same condition. The results indicate that 8 of 13 isolates displaying laccase activity whereas lignin peroxidase activeity was not detected in all 13 isolates, as wellas in reference fugal stains, Sporotrichum pulverulentum TISTR 3326 and Trametes versicolor TISTR 3324	en
