| dc.description.abstract | การศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตุประสงค์เพื่อประเมินทรัพยากรและโครงสร้างการบริหารประเมินกระบวนการจัดการเรียนการสอน และประเมินผลที่ได้รับจากการจัดการเรียนการสอนรายวิชามนุษยศาสตร์เชิงบูรณาการ ในการศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้ใช้วิธีเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยวิธีเชิงปริมาณและเชิงคุณภาพ โดยการศึกษาจากเอกสาร การสำรวจ การสัมภาษณ์ การสังเกตการณ์ และนำมาวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ผลการศึกษาในการประเมินทรัพยากรและโครงสร้าง พบว่า ด้านงบประมาณ ประสบภาวะขาดทุน เนื่องจาก งบประมาณที่ได้ จะถูกหักให้กับมหาวิทยาลัย และคณะโดยในปี 2549 และปี 2550 หักรวมร้อยละ 49.5 ในปี 2551 หักรวมร้อยละ 48.5 ของรายได้ ทำให้งบประมาณในการบริหารที่ต้องจ่ายให้กับอาจารย์พิเศษไม่เพียงพอส่วนโครงสร้างการบริหารมีลักษณะการบริหารงานแบบแมทริกซ์ ซึ่งมีข้อดี คือ มีอิสระในการจัดรูปแบบการเรียนการสอนได้เต็มที่ และข้อเสีย คือไม่สามารถตัดสินใจได้เองในบางเรื่อง เช่น งบประมาณ และจำนวนบุคลากร ผลการศึกษากระบวนการการจัดการเรียนการสอน พบว่า ภาพรวมการจัดการเรียนการสอนอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง โดยด้านการจัดหลักสูตร ด้านวิธีการสอน ด้านการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอน ด้านอาคารสถานที่ สื่อ และอุปกรณ์ และด้านการประเมินผล มีความเหมาะสมในระดับปานกลาง ส่วนผลที่ได้รับจากการจัดการเรียนการสอน พบว่า ภาพรวมของผลที่ได้รับจากการเรียนอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ในด้านการผลิต ด้านผลที่ตามมา และด้านผลการเรียนที่มีต่อสังคม อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | This research study is aimed at to evaluate the resources and managment tructure, learning process as well as to evaluate the outcome of learning process of Integrated Humanities course. In this study, the qualitative and quantitative collections of data have have been improvised by means of studying document, survey, interview, observation and data analysis. The result of this study revealed that in the evaluation of the resources and managment university and the faculty respectively. For example, in the academic year 2549 (2006) and 2550 (2007) , the budget for the integrated humanities course managment had been supplied for the university and the department at 49.5% and in the academic year 2551 (2008) at 48.5% of a total budget. This caused insufficient payment for the special lectures. But the managment structure has the matrix organization process which has an advantage in learning managment process independently. However, this matrix organization process has a disadvantage too, that is, the managment committee of the Integrated Humanities could not decided in the case of budget and numbers of personal. The result of the study found that the totality of learning process is at the middle level, this is, course managment, teaching , learning activity, building and implement are at the middle level. The result of study found that the total outcome from learning was at the middle level, that is, the outcome and society impact was at the middle level. | en |
