dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบ สภาพ และปัญหา การประกับคุณภาพการศึกษาภายในโรงเรียนสาธิต “พิบูลบำเพ็ญ” มหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา จำแนกตามสถานภาพ ฝ่ายงาน และการจัดประเภทการศึกษาและศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาภายในโรงเรียนสาธิต “พิบูลบำเพ็ญ” มหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ บุคลากรในโรงเรียนสาธิต “พิบูลบำเพ็ญ” มหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา จำนวนรวม 136 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วย แบบสอบถาม และแบบสัมภาษณ์ การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้ค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย (x) และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (SD) การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว One-Way ANOVA และเปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างเป็นรายคู่โดยวิธี LSD (Least Significant Difference) วิเคราะห์เนื้อหา (Content Analysis) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. สภาพการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาภายในโรงเรียน โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก ส่วนปัญหาการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาภายในโรงเรียน โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับน้อย 2. เปรียบเทียบสภาพการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาภายในโรงเรียน จำแนกตามสถานภาพ ฝ่ายงาน และการจัดประเภทการศึกษา แตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญ ยกเว้นจำแนกตาม สถานภาพของบุคลากรและการจัดประเภทการศึกษา ไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 3. ปัญหาการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาภายในโรงเรียน ส่วนใหญ่เป็นในส่วนของการจัดเก็บเอกสารที่มีการเรียกเก็บหลายครั้ง และขาดการสื่อสารเกี่ยวกับงานประกันที่ชัดเจน และเปรียบเทียบปัญหา จำแนกตามฝ่ายงานแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 4. แนวทางการพัฒนาการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาภายในโรงเรียนสาธิต “พิบูลบำเพ็ญ” มหาวิทยาลัยบูรพาทั้ง 4 ด้าน คือ จัดทีมงานทำหน้าที่ดำเนินการด้านการประกันคุณภาพเฉพาะที่มีความรู้ความเข้าใจอย่างดี หน่วยงานอื่นเพียงแต่ส่งข้อมูลดิบให้ตามคำร้องขอ ส่วนการดำเนินการจัดทำและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลให้เป็นหน้าที่ของทีมประกัน หลังจากนั้นควรนำมาเสนอให้บุคลากรได้รับทราบผลการดำเนินงานตามผลที่เกิดในแต่ละพันธกิจของโรงเรียน	th_TH

dc.description.abstractalternative	The purposed of this research were to study, status, conditions, and problems to compare the state/ condition and problems regarding the assurance of quality education at the Demo school, Phiboonbamphen Burapha University and to study ways or methods for the development of the education quality assurance of the school. The Sampling was 136 personnels of the school. The instruments used in this research were questionnaires and interview guide. For the analysis of the data, frequency, percentage, mean (), standard deviation (SD), One-Way ANOVA and comparison of the difference by pair using content analysis were applied. As a result of this research, it was found that: 1. In general, the assurance of education quality at the school: is above average (was in a good level) while problems regarding the assurance of education quality, is at a low level. 2. Up on the comparison of the condition/state it was found that there is no significance in the statistics except in the aspects of personnel’s status, it was found that there is a significance in statistics an .05 level. 3. Most of the problem lies in the filing system due to repeated uses and the lack of communication about the clarity of the work of assurance. 4. The means to develop the education quality assurance at the school: in the 4 areas could be as follows: creating a team that will be responsible to work on the education quality assurance from the knowledgeable persons. The process of analyzing the data will be the work of the assurance team. The team should present the education quality assurance results to the school personnels on each mission of the school.	en
