| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัญาหา ความต้องการ และความพึงพอใจของนิสิตที่มีต่อการใช้บริการระบบเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารเพื่อศึกษา ของ คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ นิสิตคณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา ได้แก่ ระดับปริญญาตรีภาคปกติ 220 คน ระดับปริญญาตร๊ภาคพิเศษ 29 คน ระดับปริญญาโทภาคปกติ 12 คน ระดับปริญญาโทภาคพิเศษ 84 คน ระดับปริญญาเอกภาคปกติ 23 คน ระดับปริญญาเอกภาคพิเศษ 7 คน ซึ่งได้มาโดยคำนวณหาขนาดของกลุ่มตัวอย่างด้วยวิธีการคำวนวณจากสูตรของ ทาโร ยามาเน่ หลังจากนั้นคำนวณหาจำนวนตัวอย่างประชากรในแต่กลุ่มโดยใช้การสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบชั้นภูมิ (stratified Random Sampling) และในแต่ละชั้นภูมิจะมีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบสัดส่วน (Proportional Random Sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นแบบสอบถาม โดยผู้วิจัยได้แบ่งแบบสอบถามเป็นแบบสำรวจรายการ แบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่าและแบบสอบถามปลายเปิด สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) นิสิตมีความเห็นต่อสภาพปัญหาของการใช้บริการระบบเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารเพื่อการศึกษา โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง มีค่าเฉลี่ย (x̄) = 2.77, SD = 0.45 โดยระบบฯด้านการฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครู/ฝึกงานมีปัญหาในระดับมากเป็นลำดับที่หนึ่งโดยมีค่าเฉลี่ย (x̄) = 3.59, SD = 0.15 2)นิสิตมีความต้องการในการใช้บริการระบบเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารเพื่อการศึกษา โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก มีค่าเฉลี่ย (x̄)= 4.37 , SD =0.48 โดยระบบฯ ที่มีความต้องการมากที่สุด คือ ระบบเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารเพื่อการศึกษาด้านการเรียนการสอนอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ e-Learning และ VDO streaming อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด โดยมี ค่าเฉลี่ย (x̄) = 4.89, SD = 0.83 และ 3)นิสิตมีความคิดเห็นความพึงพอใจในการใช้บริการระบบเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารเพื่อการศึกษา โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก มี่ค่าเฉลี่ย (x̄) = 3.86, SD = 0.47 โดยประเด็นความพึงพอใจที่มีมากที่สุด คือ ความพึงพอใจด้านระบบทะเบียนและสถิติ นิสิตอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยมี่ค่าเฉลี่ย (x̄) = 4.30 , SD = 0.85 นอกจากนั้นนิสิตได้มีความคิดเห็นเพิ่มเติมในด้านความต้องการ สภาพปัญหาที่สอดคล้องกัน นั่นคือ สัญญาณและความเร็วของสัญญาณ WiFi ให้ครอบคลุมทุกพื้นที่ | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The objective of this research was to study the student’ s satisfaction, problems and needs in the information and communication technology systems services of Faculty of Education, Burapha University in the academic year 2014 the samples group in this study of 375 students from Faculty of Education, Burapha University classified dy educational consisted of 220 undergraduate students in regular program, 29 undergraduate students in special program, 12 master’ s degree students in regular program, 84 master’ s degree students in students in regular program, 23 doctoral degree students in regular program and 7 doctoral degree students in special program selected from the method of taro Yamane sample after that obtained by stratified random sapling and proportional random sampling. The research tool was a questionnaire. The data collection instrument was a questionnaire, a checklist, a rating scale and an open-ended questionnaire. The data were analyzed through research statistics to find to find percentage, arithmetic mean, and standard deviation. The results showed that; 1)the student’ s overall problems the information and communication technology systems services of Faculty of Education, Burapha University were at the medium level (x̄) = 2.77, SD = 0.45. in addition, analysis of opinions on the issue, most of the professional experience/ interns at a high level (x̄) = 3.59, SD = 0.15. 2)the student’s overall needs were at the high level (x̄) = 4.37, SD = 0.48. in addition, analysis of opinions on the requirements are the most demanding in the use of information technology and communication for education, teaching electronics e-Learning and VDO streaming highest level (x̄) = 4.89, SD = 0.83. and 3)the student’ s overall satisfaction were the level (x̄) = 3.86, SD = 0.47. in addition, the satisfaction in the most most satisfied students in the system of registration and statistics system at a high level (x̄) = 4.30, SD = 0.85. in addition, students have more comments on the demand side, problem is that the signal corresponding to the speed and WiFi access in coverage areas. | en |
