การศึกษาถึงความแตกต่างของผลการทดสอบ trixial test จากการวัดแรงภายนอกและภายใน

Abstract

โครงการวิจัยนี้และพัฒนานี้เป็นการเปรียบเทียบผลการทดสอบ triaxial test จากการวัดแรงภายนอกโดยใช้ proving ring และจากการวัดแรงภายในโดยใช้ internal submersible load cell เพื่อหาข้อผิดพลาดที่ เกิดจากการวัดแรงภายนอก เพื่อจะได้ใช้เป็นแนวทางในการปรับแก้ข้อมูลจาก conventional triaxial apparatus ให้มีความถูกต้องมากขึ้นในรดับหนึ่ง ฉะนั้นโครงการนี้จะกระทำในห้องปฏิบัติการวิศวกรรมปฐพี่ ของภาควิชาวิศวกรรมโยธาเป็นหลัก จากผลการทดลอง CIUC พบว่าผลการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลจาก proving ring และ internal submersible load cell มีค่าใกล้เคียงกันมาก ซึ่งแสดงให้เห็นว่าค่า friction ของลูกปืนและ o-ring ที่กระทำต่อ loading arm มีค่าน้อยผลศึกษานี้แสดงว่าผลการทดสอบ triaxial test ด้วย conventional triaxial apparatus โดยการวัด axial load จากภายนอก triaxial cell นั้นยังมีความแม่นยำ ตราบใดที่พิจารณาผลที่ strain มากกว่า 0.1 % (สำหรับระบบ triaxial apparatus แบบที่ศึกษาเท่านั้น)This research and development project aims to compare the difference between the obtained triaxial test results derived from external and internal axial load measurement. The results of CIUC tests show that the effect of the friction on the loading arm is very small. Therefore, it can be concluded that the triaxial results obtained from a conventional triaxial apparatus is still reliable as far as the results are considered at the strains level larger than 0.1 %. It is noted that this conclusion can be applied only to the specific type of the triaxial apparatus studied.
