| dc.description.abstract | การเพาะเลี้ยงม้าน้ำชนิด Hippcampus kuda (Bleeker) ในห้องปฏิบัติการอัตราการรอดตายของลูกม้าน้ำต่ำมาก โดยเฉพาะสัปดาห์แรกของการเลี้ยง จากนั้นอัตราการรอดตายจะสูงขึ้น เมื่อม้าน้ำอายุได้ 1 เดือน อัตราการรอดตายอยู่ในช่วง 15.34-81.39 % เมื่ออายุ 2 ปีมีอัตราการรอดตายประมาณ 7.81-2.97 % การเพาเลี้ยงม้าน้ำชนิด Hippocampus histrix, Hippocampus trimaculatus ในห้องปฏิบัติการไม่ประสบผลสำเร็จ โดยม้าน้ำชนิด H. histrix เลี้ยงได้มีอายุสูงสุด 1 เดือน ชนิด H. trimaculatus เลี้ยงได้มีอายุสูงสุด 10 วัน การเจริญเติบโตของม้าน้ำชนิด H. kuda มีการเจริญเติบโตในห้องปฏิบัติการ มีอัตราการเจริญเติบโตอย่างรวดเร็วเมื่ออายุต่ำกว่า 1 ปี ในระยะวัยเจริญพันธุ์ม้าน้ำมีน้ำหนักแลขนาดความยาวลำตัวเฉลี่ย 3.16 กรัม และ 12.07 เซนติเมตรตามลำดับ อายุขัยม้าน้ำชนิด H. kuda ในห้องปฏิบัติการ ม้าน้ำมีอายุขัยยาวที่สุด 3 ปี 5 เดือน 16วัน อายุสั้นที่สุด 1 ปี 5 เดือน 5 วัน และมีอายุขัยเฉลี่ย 2 ปี 5 เดือน 18 วัน | th_TH |

Were as follows; the survival rate of seahorse larvae as the lowest in the first month, especially in the first week of rearing then the survival rate gradually increased. The survival rate in the first mont of rearing was 15.34-81.39 % and 7.81-26.97 % at the age of two years. Rearing of seahorse Hippocampus histrix larvae and Hippocampus trimaculatus larvae in the laboratory. The results were all of baby seahorses could not grow up. H. trimaculatus was only 10 days of age. Seahorses H. kuda (Bleeker) have been reared since hay were born until 2 years old. The growth rate was highest at the age lower than 1 years. At the maturity stage of 12 months. I was found that the average weight and length were 3.16 gm. and 10.75 gm. and at the age of 2 years were 6.05 cm. and 12.07 cm. | en |
