dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพการจัดการเรียนการสอน หลักสูตร พุทธศาสตรบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาการจัดการเชิงพุทธ คณะสังคมศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยมหาจุฬาลงกรณ ราชวิทยาลัย หน่วยวิทยบริการ ภาคตะวันออก 2) เพื่อพัฒนากลยุทธ์การจัดการเรียนการสอน หลักสูตรพุทธศาสตรบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาการจัดการเชิงพุทธ คณะสังคมศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัย มหาจุฬาลงกรณราชวิทยาลัย หน่วยวิทยบริการ ภาคตะวันออก และ 3) เพื่อศึกษาความเป็นไปได้ ในการนำกลยุทธ์การจัดการเรียนการสอน หลักสูตรพุทธศาสตรบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาการจัดการเชิงพุทธ คณะสังคมศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยมหาจุฬาลงกรณราชวิทยาลัย ใช้กับหน่วยวิทยบริการ ภาคตะวันออก ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยใช้การวิจัยแบบผสานวิธี (Mixed methods research) ระหว่างการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณและ การวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ การวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ เก็บข้อมูลจากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ พระและคฤหัสถ์ ซึ่งเป็น ผู้บริหาร ผู้สอน ผู้เรียน และผู้ใช้งานบัณฑิต จำนวน 399 รูป/ คน สุ่มตัวอย่างแบบสัดส่วนจาก ประชากร 956 รูป/ คน เครื่องมือเก็บข้อมูล ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม ซึ่งมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับ เท่ากับ .95 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติ ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ เก็บข้อมูลจากการระดมสมอง (Brain storming) โดยการวิเคราะห์ SWOT จำนวน 12 รูป/ คน เลือกแบบเจาะจงจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญ และตรวจสอบข้อมูลจากผู้มีส่วนร่วม ในการสนทนากลุ่มเฉพาะ (Focus group discussion) จำนวน 9 รูป/คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลจาก ทั้งสองขั้นตอนโดยการพรรณนาความ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. สภาพการจัดการเรียนการสอน หลักสูตรพุทธศาสตรบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาการจัดการ เชิงพุทธ คณะสังคมศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยมหาจุฬาลงกรณราชวิทยาลัย หน่วยวิทยบริการ ภาคตะวันออก พบว่า มีแนวทางดำเนินงานใน 5 ด้าน ได้แก่ 1) ด้านหลักสูตรและการเรียนการสอน สามารถสร้างเอกลักษณ์ของสถาบัน เข้าใจหลักสูตรบูรณาการรายวิชา 2) ด้านบุคลากร อาจารย์ ประจำหลักสูตรมีคุณวุฒิตรงสาขาวิชา ผู้สอนมีความรู้และองค์ความรู้เชิงความสัมพันธ์กับ หน่วยงานอื่น ๆ 3) ด้านการส่งเสริมวิชาการ มีการทำงานแบบเชิงรุกและเชิงรับ มีแหล่งค้นคว้า ข้อมูลเพื่อการพัฒนาความรู้และผลงานทางวิชาการ 4) ด้านการวัดและประเมินผล มีกฎเกณฑ์ ระเบียบแบบแผนสามารถเผยแพร่เอกสาร กลไกหลักในการขับเคลื่อนการประเมินผล และ 5) ด้านงบประมาณ มีแผนกลยุทธ์ทางการเงิน แผนป้องกันความเสี่ยง และแผนการจัดหาครุภัณฑ์ ที่ทันสมัย 2. การพัฒนากลยุทธ์การจัดการเรียนการสอน หลักสูตรพุทธศาสตรบัณฑิต สาขาวิชา การจัดการเชิงพุทธ คณะสังคมศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยมหาจุฬาลงกรณราชวิทยาลัย หน่วยวิทยบริการ ภาคตะวันออก โดยการวิเคราะห์ SWOT 1) จุดแข็ง พบว่า มหาวิทยาลัยมหาจุฬาลงกรณราชวิทยาลัย เชี่ยวชาญด้านพระพุทธศาสนา 2) จุดอ่อน พบว่า ขาดการประชาสัมพันธ์และการสื่อสารให้เข้าถึง กลุ่มเป้าหมาย 3) โอกาส พบว่า ได้รับการสนับสนุนจากภาครัฐและเอกชนมากขึ้น ในการพัฒนา บุคลากรด้านพระพุทธศาสนา 4) อุปสรรค พบว่า การแข่งขันเชิงคุณภาพและปริมาณมีอัตราเพิ่ม มากขึ้น เนื่องจากนโยบายเปิดเสรีทางการศึกษา 3. ความเป็นไปได้ในการนำกลยุทธ์การจัดการเรียนการสอน หลักสูตรพุทธศาสตร บัณฑิต สาขาวิชาการจัดการเชิงพุทธ คณะสังคมศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยมหาจุฬาลงกรณราชวิทยาลัยหน่วยวิทยบริการ ภาคตะวันออก พบว่า กลยุทธ์ที่สามารถนำไปใช้ได้กับการจัดการเรียนการสอน หลักสูตรพุทธศาสตรบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาการจัดการเชิงพุทธ หน่วยวิทยบริการ ภาคตะวันออก โดยได้กลยุทธ์ 4 กลยุทธ์ ประกอบด้วย 1) หลักการจัดการตามหลักพุทธศาสนา 2) วิทยาการสมัยใหม่ 3) การจัดการตามแนวพุทธได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ 4) การประยุกต์ใช้ในการบริหารกิจการ พระพุทธสาสนา

dc.description.abstractalternative	The purposes of this research were as follows: 1) to investigate current state of instruction in the Buddhist Management program, at the Learning Resource Unit Management of Eastern Region, Faculty of Social Science, Mahachulalongkornrajavityalaya University, 2) to develop strategies for instruction in the Buddhist Management program, at the Learning Resource Unit Management of Eastern Region, Faculty of Social Science, Mahachulalongkorn- rajavityalaya University, and 3) to study the possibilities in applying the strategies for instruction in the Buddhist Management program, at the Learning Resource Unit Management of Eastern Region, Faculty of Social Science, Mahachulalongkornrajavityalaya University. The research methodology used in this study was a mixed-method research, consisting of quantitative and qualitative research. In the quantitative research part, the data was collected from monks and laities, who were executives, teachers, students, and employers. The sample size was 399. The research instrument in this part was a questionnaire with the internal reliability of .95. The data analysis was conducted by using Mean and Standard Deviation. In the qualitative research part, the data was collected through a brainstorming technique to obtain streght, weakness, opportunity and threat from 12 executives who were selected by using the purposive sampling technique. The data check was conducted by the focus group discussion with 9 monks/ laities. Descriptive analysis was used to analyze the qualitative data. The findings of this study were as follows: 1. Regarding to the current state of instruction in the Buddhist Management program, at the Learning Resource Unit Management of Eastern Region, Faculty of Social Science, Mahachulalongkornrajavityalaya University, it was found that there were 5 aspects of operation: 1) The curriculum and instruction was unique and reflected clear integrated curriculum, 2) The personnel were qualified based on the academic qualifications and possessed a body of knowledge related to other department, 3) The academic support was active and information resources are available for developing knowledge and research, 4) The measurement and evaluation had standard regulations and forms, which could be disseminated as a drive to push evaluation, and 5) The budget had financial strategies, risk prevention plan, and modern durable goods purchase plan. 2. For the development of instruction in the Buddhist Management program, at the Learning Resource Unit Management of Eastern Region, Faculty of Social Science, Mahachulalongkornrajavityalaya University, it was found that there were 4 strategies as follows: 1) emphasize the plan for improving the board of committee for instructional development, 2) highlight the plan for developing information technology to increase channels for communication, 3) create network and participation from outside organization, and 4) The university has specific knowledge to disseminate correct Buddhism news. 3. As per the possibilities of the instructional strategies, it was revealed that the strategies can be implemented in the Buddhist Management program, at the Learning Resource Unit Management of Eastern Region, Faculty of Social Science, Mahachulalongkornrajavityalaya University. It consisted of 1) the Buddhist dhamma principles, 2) modern technology 3) the effective Buddhist management, and 4) the application of Buddhist management.
