dc.description.abstract	งานนิพนธ์นี้นำเสนอการออกแบบและพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการจัดเก็บข้อมูลและประมวลผล สำหรับการแข่งขันกีฬาสถาบันการพลศึกษาแห่งประเทศไทย โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลนักกีฬา ข้อมูลการแข่งขัน ประมวลผลจัดโปรแกรมการแข่งขัน ตรวจสอบผลการแข่งขัน และจัดเตรียมสารสนเทศเพื่อช่วยสนับสนุนการตัดสินใจของผู้บริหารในการคัดเลือกนักกีฬา เข้าแข่งขันกีฬามหาวิทยาลัยแห่งประเทศไทย รวมถึงสนับสนุนการตัดสินใจอนุมัติงบประมาณในการแข่งขันอีกด้วย ผู้จัดทำงานนิพนธ์ใช้ภาษา PHP ในการพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศในรูปแบบเว็บร่วมกับระบบจัดการฐานข้อมูล Microsoft SQL Server 2014 Enterprise Edition บนระบบปฏิบัติการ Microsoft Windows Server 2012 64 bit ผลการดำเนินงานพบว่าระบบสามารถใช้งานได้ง่าย ผู้ใช้งานสามารถปฏิบัติงานได้ถูกต้องแม่นยำรวดเร็ว และข้อมูลมีความครบถ้วน จากการสำรวจความพึงพอใจของผู้ดูแลระบบ จำนวน 5 คน ผู้บริหาร จำนวน 5 คน ผู้ฝึกสอน จำนวน 10 คน และนักกีฬา จำนวน 10 คน พบว่ามีความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับดีมาก

dc.description.abstractalternative	This independent study presents a design and development of an information system for sport games management of Institute of Physical Education Sport Games. The objective of the study is to develop an application to collect and store the athlete and, sport competition information, create competition schedule, retrieve competition result and generate report to support management decision. By using the provided information, managers are able to select a suitable athlete for the games, and support the financial decision. This developed information system uses PHP for web application and uses Microsoft SQL Server 2014 Enterprise Edition as a database management system on Microsoft Windows Server 2012. As a result, users could use the system to perform efficiently and effectively. From the survey result with 5 administrators, 5 management users, 10 coaches/trainers and 10 athlete users, most of them are satisfied at the highest level.
