dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยและพัฒนา (Research and development) มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) พัฒนากิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ CARES ในการเสริมสร้างคุณลักษณะความเป็นครู 2) ศึกษาคุณลักษณะความเป็นครูของนิสิตสาขาวิชาการศึกษาปฐมวัย หลังเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ CARES และ 3) ศึกษาความพึงพอใจของนิสิตสาขาวิชาการศึกษาปฐมวัย หลังเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ CARES กลุ่มเป้าหมายที่ใช้ ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ผู้เชี่ยวชาญจำนวน 3 คน และนิสิตสาขาวิชาการศึกษาปฐมวัย คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา ที่ศึกษาอยู่ในชั้นปีที่ 4 ภาคเรียนที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2562 จำนวน 17 คน ซึ่งได้มาโดยการความสมัครใจในการร่วมทำกิจกรรม เนื่องจากนิสิตชั้นปีที่ 4 เป็นนิสิตที่จะออกไปฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครูแบบเต็มรูปแบบ จึงมีความเหมาะสมต่อการเสริมสร้างคุณลักษณะความเป็นครูที่มุ่งพัฒนาเด็กด้วยความรัก และเคารพความเป็นมนุษย์ ตลอดจนเพื่อให้นิสิตได้ตรวจสอบความรู้สึกของตนที่มีต่อวิชาชีพครูปฐมวัย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย 1) คู่มือการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ CARES เพื่อเสริมสร้างคุณลักษณะความเป็นครู 2) สมุดบันทึกกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ CARES 3) แบบประเมินความเหมาะสมของกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ CARES เพื่อเสริมสร้างคุณลักษณะความเป็นครู 4) แบบประเมินคุณลักษณะความเป็นครู และ 5) แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจต่อการทำกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ CARES วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการหาค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหา ผลการวิจัย พบว่า ผลการสร้างแบบวัดเพื่อคุณลักษณะความเป็นครูที่ใช้ในกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ CARES มีคะแนนเฉลี่ยโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด คือ (𝑥 ̅= 4.52, SD = .13) 1. กิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ CARES เพื่อเสริมสร้างคุณลักษณะความเป็นครูของนิสิตสาขาวิชา การศึกษาปฐมวัย ประกอบด้วย 4 ขั้นตอน คือ 1) ขั้นเตรียมความพร้อม 2) ขั้นปฏิบัติการ 3) ขั้นนำเสนอและแลกเปลี่ยน และ 4) ขั้นสรุปและประเมินผล 2. นิสิตสาขาวิชาการศึกษาปฐมวัยหลังการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ CARES เพื่อเสริมสร้างคุณลักษณะความเป็นครู มีคะแนนเฉลี่ยโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับดีเยี่ยม คือ (𝑥 ̅= 3.68, SD = .41) 3. นิสิตสาขาวิชาการศึกษาปฐมวัยที่เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ CARES เพื่อเสริมสร้างคุณลักษณะความเป็นครู มีความพึงพอใจต่อการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ CARES โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (𝑥 ̅= 4.41, SD = .10)	th_TH

dc.description.abstractalternative	This study used research and development approach with attempts 1) to develop CARES learning activities to enhance teachers’ characteristics, 2) to investigate characteristics of pre-service teachers in early childhood education (ECE) and 3) to study satisfaction of pre-service teachers in early childhood education (ECE).The target participants were 3 experts and 17 fourth -year pre-service ECE teachers, who were purposefully selected, enrolled in the second semester of academic year 2019 Faculty of Education, Burapha University. The fourth -year pre-service ECE teachers were obtained as they going to complete a professional teacher experience program. Therefore, it was suitable to build teacher characteristics focusing on children development with love and respect for other people as well as to allow the pre-service ECE teachers to check their own feeling towards the early childhood teaching profession. The instruments used in the research consisted of; a handbook for organizing the learning activity "CARES" to build teacher’ characteristics; a notebook to record the learning activity "CARES"; an assessment form of suitability for the learning activity "CARES"; an assessment form of teacher characteristics; and a questionnaire regarding satisfaction towards the use of the learning activity "CARES”. Data analysis was conducted by using mean, standard deviation and content analysis. The research finding as follows: The result of indicated in the learning activity "CARES" had teacher characteristics at an excellent level (𝑥 ̅= 4.52, SD = .13). 1. The learning activity "CARES" to build teacher characteristics consisted of 4 steps, namely preparation, operation, presentation and exchange, and summary and assessment. 2. The pre-service teachers participating in the learning activity "CARES" teachers’ characteristics at excellent level (𝑥 ̅= 3.68, SD = .41). When individual aspects were taken into consideration, it was found that the aspects of love and faith in the early childhood teaching profession, cooperating with the people involved creatively, having a sense of humor and skills of applying information technology for learning and communication were at an excellent level (𝑥 ̅ = 3.93, 3.83 and 3.65, respectively). Moreover, understanding of cultural differences and paradigm differences was at an excellent level (𝑥 ̅ = 3.31). 3. The pre-service teachers were satisfied with the participation in the learning activity "CARES" at high level (𝑥 ̅= 4.41, SD = .10).	en
