dc.description.abstract	การศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานของผู้ดูแลเด็กในศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กจังหวัดฉะเชิงเทราจำแนกตามอายุ ประสบการณ์การทำงาน ระดับการศึกษาพื้นที่ปฏิบัติงาน ขนาดขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล และศึกษาแนวทางปรับปรุงคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงาน กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นผู้ดูแลเด็กในศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กจังหวัดฉะเชิงเทรา จำนวน 205 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษาเป็นแบบสอบถามมาตรประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ เกี่ยวกับคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงาน สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ การวิเคราะห์ความถี่ คะแนนเฉลี่ย ความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าวิกฤตทีและการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียวเมื่อพบความแตกต่างใช้การทดสอบ LSD ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. คุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานของผู้ดูแลเด็กในศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก จังหวัดฉะเชิงเทราโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 2. การเปรียบเทียบคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานของผู้ดูแลเด็ก ในศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก จังหวัดฉะเชิงเทรา จำแนกตามอายุ ประสบการณ์ การทำงาน ระดับการศึกษา ขนาดขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล ไม่แตกต่างกัน เมื่อจำแนกตามพื้นที่ปฏิบัติงาน พบว่าแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 3. แนวทางปรับปรุงคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานของผู้ดูแลเด็ก ในศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กจังหวัดฉะเชิงเทรา ได้แก่ การเพิ่มค่าตอบแทนให้เหมาะสมกับภาวะเศรษฐกิจ การเน้นมาตรฐานด้านความปลอดภัยเพิ่มมากขึ้นและการจัดสถานที่ไม่ให้เกิดความแออัดแคบ ส่งเสริมด้านการศึกษาต่อ การบรรจุเป็นข้าราชการประจำ การจัดกิจกรรมเพื่อพบปะสร้างความสัมพันธ์ในชุมชนเปิดโอกาสให้มีอิสระทางความคิดในการพัฒนางาน เพิ่มโอกาสพักผ่อนในช่วงปิดภาคเรียนและการมอบรางวัลในโอกาสต่าง ๆ เพื่อสร้างขวัญกำลังใจ	th_TH

dc.description.abstractalternative	The purposes of this research were to study and compare the Quality of work life, as classified by age, work experience, educational level, work area, sub-district administrative organization size, as well as to explore how to improve the quality of work life of Childcare personnel in the Childhood Development Centers, in Chachoengsao Province. The sample consisted of 205 Childcare personnel in the Childhood Development Centers in Chachoengsao Province. The instrument used for the data collection was five-point rating-scale questionnaire relating to the quality of work life. The statistics used for analyzing the data were frequency, mean, standard deviation, t-test, one-way analysis of variance and least significant difference. The results of the study were as follows: 1. Overall, the quality of work life of childcare personnel in the Childhood Development Center in Chachoengsao Province was rated at a high level. 2. The comparison of quality of work life of Childcare personnel in the Childhood Development Centers, as classified by age, work experience, educational level, sub-district administrative organization size showed no significant difference. However, there was a significant difference at the .05 level when classified by work area. 3. The methods for improving quality of work life of Childcare personnel in the Childhood Development Centers in Chachoengsao Province were to increase remuneration to match with current economic conditions, emphasize safety standards and provide more spacious area to reduce congestion, provide support for furthering education, recruit, recruit as government officials, organize activities to promote better relationship in the community, open to ideas on work development, provide more holidays during school holiday break provide awards in to boost morale.	en
