dc.description.abstract	ปัญหาสำคัญของการแปลงแผนกลยุทธ์สู่การปฏิบัติ คือ การที่บุคลากรแต่ละหน่วยงานและแต่ละระดับ ขาดความรู้สึกมีส่วนร่วมและรับผิดชอบต่อการดำเนินงานตามแผนกลยุทธ์ ดังนั้น จึงต้องมีการแปลงเป้าประสงค์ตามแผนกลยุทธ์และตัวชี้วัดจากระดับองค์กร ลงไปสู่ระดับหน่วยงานย่อยต่าง ๆ รวมทั้งลงไปถึงบุคลากรทุกคน เพื่อให้เป้าหมายขององค์กรบรรลุผลสำเร็จ บทความนี้ นำเสนอความหมายและความสำคัญของการวางแผนกลยุทธ์ วิธีการวางแผน กลยุทธ์ ขั้นตอนการจัดทำแผนพัฒนาโรงเรียน ความหมายและความสำคัญของตัวชี้วัด วิธีการจัดทำตัวชี้วัดระดับบุคคล การแปลงแผนยุทธศาสตร์สู่ตัวชี้วัดระดับบุคคล แนวคิด ข้อสังเกตและการนำไปใช้	th_TH
