dc.description.abstract	วัตถุประสงค์หลักของงานวิจัยในครั้งนี้คือ ตรวจสอบการเปลี่ยนแปลงปริมาณปลาทะเลที่นำขึ้นบกในจังหวัดชลบุรี ประเทศไทย ด้วยแผนภูมิควบคุมผลรวมสะสมหรือแผนภูมิควบคุม CUSUM ซึ่งปริมาณปลาทะเลที่นำขึ้นบกนี้จะถูกสำรวจในช่วงปี พ.ศ. 2544 ถึง ปี พ.ศ. 2553 ผลการวิจัยแสดงให้เห็นว่ามีการจับปลาทะเลมากที่สุดในฤดูฝนโดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งในเดือนกรกฏาคมและสิงหาคม นอกจากนี้แผนภูมิควบคุม CUSUM ยังแสดงให้เห็นภาพได้อีกว่ามีความผิดปกติเกิดขึ้นแน่นอนอย่างรวดเร็วด้วยค่าผลรวมสะสมด้านเดียวทางด้านน้อยกว่าหรือ Si ซึ่งส่งสัญญาณเตือนที่ชัดเจนว่าปริมาณปลาทะเลที่นำขึ้นบกในจังหวัดชลบุรี มีค่าลดลงตั้งแต่ปี พ.ศ. 2549 และยังคงลดลงต่อเนื่องไปจนกระทั่งถึงปี พ.ศ. 2553	th_TH
