| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยการบริหารงานที่ส่งผลต่อการดำเนินงานประกันคุณภาพภายในของโรงเรียน กลุ่มโรงเรียนนิคมพัฒนา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาระยอง เขต 1 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ผู้บริหาร จำนวน 13 คน และครูผู้สอน จำนวน 140 คน รวมเป็น 153 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ แบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับปัจจัยการบริหารงานของโรงเรียน มีอำนาจจำแนกรายข้อระหว่าง .47-.88 และค่า ความเชื่อมั่น .98 และแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับการดำเนินงานประกันคุณภาพภายในของโรงเรียน มีค่าอำนาจจำแนกระหว่าง .54-.92 และค่าความเชื่อมั่น .98 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้คอมพิวเตอร์โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป หาค่าเฉลี่ย ( ) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (SD) ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์ การถดถอยพหุคูณ และสร้างสมการถดถอยเพื่อพยากรณ์ตัวแปรตาม โดยการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณแบบมีขั้นตอน (Stepwise multiple regression analysis) ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1. ปัจจัยการบริหารงานของโรงเรียน กลุ่มโรงเรียนนิคมพัฒนา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาระยอง เขต 1 โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 2. การดำเนินงานประกันคุณภาพภายในของโรงเรียน กลุ่มโรงเรียนนิคมพัฒนา สังกัดสำนักงาน เขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาระยอง เขต 1 โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 3. ปัจจัยทางการบริหารงานที่เป็นตัวพยากรณ์การดำเนินงานประกันคุณภาพภายในของโรงเรียน กลุ่มโรงเรียนนิคมพัฒนา มีเพียง 3 ปัจจัย คือ ด้านการใช้เทคโนโลยี (X7) ด้านภาวะผู้นำ (X1) ด้านทรัพยากร เพื่อการเรียนการสอน (X3) โดยมีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์พหุคูณเท่ากับร้อยละ 66.80 ซึ่งมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ที่ระดับ .05 มีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์การทำนายหรืออำนาจพยากรณ์ ร้อยละ 44.60 โดยสามารถสร้างเป็นสมการพยากรณ์ในรูปของคะแนนดิบและคะแนนมาตรฐาน ได้ดังนี้ สมการณ์พยากรณ์ในรูปคะแนนดิบ Y = 1.72 + 0.30 (X7) + 0.18 (X1) + 0.14 (X3) สมการพยากรณ์ในรูปคะแนนมาตรฐาน Z = 0.38 (Z7) + 0.22 (Z1) + 0.17 (Z3) | |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | This research aimed to study the state of administrative factors affecting the state of internal quality assurance of schools in Nikompattana School Group under the Office of Rayong Primary Educational Service Area 1. The samples used in this study were the administrators and teachers composed of 13 administrators and 140 teachers totally 153 personnels. The research instrument employed for the data collection was a set of rating-scale questionnaires. The questionnaire of the administrative factors of schools of discriminative power value was between .47 and .88 and reliability value was .98 and the questionnaire of the internal quality assurance of discriminative power value was between .54 and .92 and reliability value was .98. Data was analyzed by using a computer program for calculating the mean ( ), standard deviation (SD), Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient, and stepwise multiple regression analysis. The regression equations for predicting the dependent variables were created by using stepwise multiple regression analysis method. The results of the study were as follows: 1. The state of administrative factors of schools in Nikompattana School Group under the Office of Rayong Primary Educational Service Area 1 was found at high level. 2. The state of internal quality assurance of school in Nikompattana School Group under the Office of Rayong Primary Educational Service Area 1 was found at high level. 3. The state administrative factors which could be used for predicting the state of internal quality assurance of school in Nikompattana School Group under the Office of Rayong Primary Educational Service Area 1 were found only 3 factors including technology utilization (X7), leadership (X1), instruction resource (X3) which multiple correlation coefficient was found at 66.80% with statistically significant at level of .05. The regression coefficient predictive competence was found at 44.60.
