| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาและความต้องการเกี่ยวกับการบริหารห้องปฏิบัติการวิทยาศาสตร์ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 18 โดยใช้เทคนิคเดลฟาย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ ในการวิจัยรอบแรกเป็นแบบสอบถามปลายเปิด รอบที่ 1 และรอบที่ 2 เป็นแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่ามัธยฐาน (Median) และค่าพิสัยระหว่างอินเตอร์ควอไทล์ (Interquartile range) ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1. ปัญหาด้านบุคลากร คือ ความรู้ ทักษะในการใช้วัสดุ อุปกรณ์ และสารเคมี บุคลากรจำนวนมากใช้ห้องปฏิบัติการวิทยาศาสตร์ที่มีอยู่อย่างจำกัด การจัดสภาพแวดล้อมในห้องปฏิบัติการวิทยาศาสตร์ให้ส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ ขาดการบำรุง ดูแล และรักษาความสะอาดให้พร้อมใช้งาน และไม่มีการจัดทำระเบียนภายในห้องปฏิบัติการวิทยาศาสตร์อย่างต่อเนื่อง ส่วนความต้องการ คือ การพัฒนาบุคลากรเกี่ยวกับทักษะการใช้เครื่องมือและอุปกรณ์ เจ้าหน้าที่เฉพาะทางที่ดูแลความพร้อมในการใช้งานของห้องปฏิบัติการวิทยาศาสตร์ และการให้ความร่วมมือในการใช้งานเครื่องมือและอุปกรณ์ในทุกห้องปฏิบัติการ 2. ปัญหาด้านงบประมาณ คือ ปริมาณงบประมาณที่ได้ต่อการซื้อวัสดุอุปกรณ์ที่มีราคาสูง ขาดความเข้าใจในการทำโครงการและการเบิกจ่ายงบประมาณ ขาดการวางแผน และการประมาณการล่วงหน้าในการใช้จัดซื้อวัสดุ อุปกรณ์ และสารเคมี ส่วนความต้องการด้านงบประมาณ คือ จำนวนงบประมาณที่สูงขึ้น การให้ความรู้และความเข้าใจในการเขียนโครงการเพื่อพัฒนาอาคารสถานที่ ครุภัณฑ์ วัสดุอุปกรณ์ และสารเคมี และการจัดทำข้อมูลสารสนเทศที่เป็นปัจจุบัน 3. ปัญหาด้านการจัดซื้อวัสดุ อุปกรณ์ คือ ความเข้าใจระบบในการจัดซื้อ คุณภาพและระยะเวลา ที่ได้รับหลังการสั่งซื้อ ส่วนความต้องการ คือ สำรวจความจำเป็น งบประมาณที่เพียงพอ และการวางแผนร่วมกันในการการจัดซื้อวัสดุ อุปกรณ์ 4. ปัญหาในการบริหารห้องปฏิบัติการวิทยาศาสตร์ด้านการจัดทำระเบียน การจัดเก็บวัสดุอุปกรณ์ และสารเคมี คือ การวางแผนในการจัดเก็บ ความรู้ความเข้าใจ จำนวนห้องปฏิบัติการ สถานที่เก็บ ความต่อเนื่องในการดูแลห้องปฏิบัติการส่วน ความต้องการ คือ การดำเนินการจัดทำระเบียนที่เป็นปัจจุบัน มีการตรวจสอบระเบียนประจำปี จัดสรรเพิ่มเติมจำนวนห้องปฏิบัติการ สถานที่ และการพัฒนาตนเอง | |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | This research objective was to study the problems and the needs in science laboratory management at Phanatpittayakarn school under the Office of the Secondary Educational Service Area 18 by using Delphi Technique. The tools used was open-ended and rating scale questionnaires. The statistics used for data analysis were median and interquartile range. The research findings were as follows: 1. Personnel problem was on knowledge, skills, materials and equipment, inadequated scientific laboratories. The providing learning environment in science. The lack of maintenance and cleanliness of the science school labs, lacking of science lab record keeping training personnel on equipment operation skills. Service staff should oversee the readiness of the science lab and enhance collaboration in the use of tools and equipment in all school laboratories 2. The budget problem was that the amount of budget allocation to purchase the material was inodequate. Lack of understanding of project implementation and lack of planning and projection in purchasing materials and chemicals should be reconcidered. The budget requirement was keeping higher. The school should provide knowledge and understanding of project writing for the better development of buildings, facilities, materials, equipment and chemicals, as well as the preparation of current information. 3. The problem of purchasing materials was the understanding of the purchasing system, quality and length of material delivery. Demand section was that there should be need analysis, providing adequate budget, and cooperating in planning for purchasing budget and joint planning in material procurement. 4. Problems in the management of science laboratory was a preparation of records, material storage and chemical planning to store properly number of labs, storage locations, continuity in laboratory care, demand division was the implementation of the current records, annual records were monitored. Allocating additional number of labs, facilities, and self-development were set in laboratories order. | |
