| dc.description.abstract | ผู้สูงอายุที่พักอาศัยในศูนย์พัฒนาการจัดสวัสดิการสังคมผู้สูงอายุอาจประสบกับสถานการณ์ ความเครียดที่ต้องอาศัยการปรับตัวในการดํารงชีวิตซึ่งส่งผลกระทบต่อความเข้มแข็งอดทน การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการศึกษาแบบหาความสัมพันธ์โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความเข้มแข็งอดทนและปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับความเข้มแข็งอดทนของผู้สูงอายุที่พักอาศัยในศูนย์พัฒนาการจัดสวัสดิการสังคม ผู้สูงอายุกลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้สูงอายุที่มีอายุ 60 ปีขึ้นไปที่พักอาศัยอยู่ในศูนย์พัฒนาการจัดสวัสดิการสังคมผู้สูงอายุบ้านบางละมุง จํานวน 120 ราย ได้มาโดยการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย แบบสัมภาษณ์ความสามารถในการดูแลตนเอง แบบสัมภาษณ์ความหวัง แบบสัมภาษณ์ภาวะซึมเศร้าแบบสัมภาษณ์การสนับสนุนทางสังคม และแบบสัมภาษณ์ความเข้มแข็ง อดทน ที่มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ .93, .83, .74, .94 และ .96 ตามลําดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนาและสถิติสหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ผู้สูงอายุที่พักอาศัยในศูนย์พัฒนาการจัดสวัสดิการสังคมผู้สูงอายุมีความเข้มแข็งอดทนอยู่ในระดับสูง (M = 187.9, SD = 15.1) ความสามารถในการดูแลตนเอง ความหวัง และการสนับสนุนทางสังคม มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับความเข้มแข็งอดทน อย่างมีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติ (r= .468, .236, .270; p< .01) ส่วนภาวะซึมเศร้ามีความสัมพันธ์ทางลบกับความเข้มแข็ง อดทนอย่างมีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติ (r= -.220; p< .05) จากผลการวิจัยครั้งนี้มีข้อเสนอแนะว่า พยาบาลและบุคลากรทางสุขภาพควรพัฒนา โปรแกรมหรือกิจกรรมที่เหมาะสมเพื่อส่งเสริมความเข้มแข็งอดทนของผู้สูงอายุที่พักอาศัยในศูนย์ พัฒนาการจัดสวัสดิการสังคมผู้สูงอายุโดยเพิ่ม ความสามารถในการดูแลตนเอง ความหวัง การสนับสนุนทางสังคม และลดภาวะซึมเศร้าของผู้สูงอายุ | |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | Elderly living in social welfare development center for older persons may experience stressful situations that require adaptation for maintaining their lives. This affects their hardiness. The purposes of this research were to examine hardiness and factors related to hardiness of the elderly living in social welfare development center for older persons. One hundred and twenty elderly aged 60 years old and older living in social welfare development center for older persons were selected by using simple random sampling technique. The research instruments consisted of the Self-Care Agency Interview Form, Hope Interview Form, Depression Interview Form,Social Support Interview Form and Hardiness Interview Form with their reliabilities of .93, .83, .74, .94 and .96, respectively. Descriptive statistics and Pearson’s product moment correlation were employed to analyze the data. The results revealed that the hardiness of the sample was at a high level (M = 187.9, SD = 15.1).Social support, self-care agency, and hope positively related with hardiness of the elderly (r= .468, .236, .270, respectively; p< .01). While depression negatively related with hardiness of the elderly (r= -.220; p< .05). Findings suggest that nurses and health professionals should develop program or appropriate activities for promoting hardiness of elderly living in social welfare development center for older persons by enhancing their self-care agency, hope, social support, and decrease depression. | |
