dc.description.abstract	บทความนี้เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของการวิจัยทดลอง มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาผลการให้การปรึกษากลุ่มตามทฤษฎี พฤติกรรมปัญญานิยมต่อความเข้มแข็งอดทนของนิสิตหญิงชั้นปีที่ 1 ในหอพักประจำมหาวิทยาลัย กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ นิสิตชั้นปีที่ 1 ที่มีคะแนนแบบสำรวจความเข้มแข็งอดทนต่ำกว่าค่าเฉลี่ยที่ 69 คะแนน จำนวน 16 คน สอบถามความสมัครใจ แบ่งเป็นกลุ่มทดลองและกลุ่มควบคุม กลุ่มละ 8 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วยแบบสำรวจความเข้มแข็งอดทน และการให้การปรึกษากลุ่มตามทฤษฎีพฤติกรรมปัญญานิยม ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ระยะก่อนการทดลองคะแนนความเข้มแข็งอดทนของกลุ่มทดลองและกลุ่มควบคุมมีคะแนนไม่แตกต่างกัน และในระยะหลังการทดลองและระยะติดตามผล มีคะแนนความเข้มแข็งอดทนแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05	th_TH

dc.description.abstractalternative	This article was part of the experimental research with the objective to study the effects of the cognitive behavior theory group counseling on hardiness of first-year female students in university’s dormitories. The samples were sixteen first-year students who had the scores on the hardiness lower than 69. The samples were equally divided into the experimental group and the control group. The instruments used consisted of The Personal Views Survey and The Cognitive Behavior Theory Group Counseling. The results found that in the pre-test the scores on the hardiness of both the experimental group and the control group were not different. In the post-test and the follow-up, the scores on the hardiness were found statistically significant at .05 level.	en
